One thing I have noticed. You didn't have a medical person. Noone wants anything to happen to anyone and lord forbid it does but bad things happen. For my oldest movie (which is completly lost now) we didn't have a medic, which was a mistake. The lead actor was supposed to appear to slide down a cliff, he even said quote "I'll be fine" He wasn't, he got down 75% of the cliff but at the last part his foot caught and he rolled over, he got lucky he didn't break anything but his leg was in pain.
