I first found out about this guy from hearing his song "Pavilion" on XM. I bought his album, "Rusted Wheel of Things" and it has been one of my favorite albums since the first time I heard it. It is a classic that very few people have ever heard.

Regardless, David Downes is an extremely gifted composer, and he has definitely established himself at a fairly young age. Superficiality has always sadly existed among people, yet in today's society, it has become particularly bad. Why? Well, I personally blame it on the current pop culture scene, especially today's, you guessed it, (C)RAP.
