  • Who the hell is that idiot yelling OBAMA at 0:55??

  • This is funny as hell!

  • That kind of backfired on them, huh? Ron Paul sat there, listened, and then said "Yeah, I agree"

Maybe some of these morons should research a candidates views and background before they 'occupy' his event.

  • Lmao niggers gonna nig.

Your All-caps-youtube-comment gonna help "your people?" Ur comment isnt helping nething u armchair activist. Ron pauls been in washington for years bringing up the racism in drug laws. Hes tried to help blacks more than your cool youtube comments all put together have. Either help in the real world or try to keep the tough guy act most blacks have goin.

  • ron paul is the fucking man

  • I love Ron Paul he fights for you he dont act like he wants to rule you he;s like the guy next door that screams at the cop get the fuck out of my garage you asshole !! he supports American people and American rights every other idiot including the Obama dont know shit about the Constitution of the United States !! time we start electing more intelligent people for presidency and start paying attention to what really matters instead of the bully next door who is beating us up every day

  • PEOPLE OF OWS DONT BELIEVE IN A LEADER...SO HOW CAN RON PAUL (WHO WANTS TO BE A LEADER) SUPPORT IT?...................THAT MAKES NO SENCE!!!........IM THE 99% AND I DONT NEED OR WANT A LEADER...AND FOR SURE I WOULD NEVER STAND UP IN FRONT OF A OWS CROWD AND SAY I WANT TO BE THE LEADER OF EVERYONE....LOL U WOULD GET ROCKS THROWN AT YOU

  • @thiizzman510 Then go ahead and not elect a president this year and get more of the same if you do not want a leader

  • @DP3mo24hofosho uhhh thats the point......

  • @thiizzman510 so you are just not going to vote? that is stupid. If you want to change the system, elect people into office that support your vision. Otherwise, stop complaining about income inequality if you are not going to do anything about it.

  • @DP3mo24hofosho SHEEP VOTE........WE SHOULD ALL BECOME MORE LIKE GERONIMO

  • @thiizzman510 Therein lies the problem. I empathize the OWS movement, but due to the lack of leadership, they're ragtag bunch of nobody with no clear vision and focus of what they want to accomplish with the protests. What do you hope to accomplish? What do you want government to do or not do? What are you protesting for? Seriously...OWS have become a major voting bloc that they can be at the bargaining table to get things changed, but nothing can be done with that kind of ignorance.

  • @mjule4......you are simply thinking like the old castle days....human beings dont need a leader.....im native american..my ancestors lived in peace with all the surrounding tribes and we didnt have a leader..... while whites fought religious and political wars.....fooled into thinking they couldnt survive without a king and queen as their leader......i guess u can say ur still living in the dark ages...

  • @mjule4 when white people catch up to indigeous people...the world might stand a chance....."everywhere the white man goes, pollution and death is sure to follow". --me

  • @thiizzman510 lol if the indigenous people caught up to the white man they would be a lot better off. Never forget the white man invented the computer, the internet, an the constitution which gives you the right to say whatever you want

  • @BuddyIStalking BETTER OFF!!??......YOUR SYSTEM IS FAIL....WHY DO U THINK PEOPLE ARE OCCUPYING.....YEA WHITE MAN INVENTED THE COMPUTER...BUT NOW ALL THE PEOPLE ACROSS THE WORLD WHO HATE WHITE PEOPLE CAN SHARE THIER PIECE OF MIND WITH EVERYONE......SEEMS TO ME U DUG UR OWN GRAVE...BTW WHITE PEOPLE ARE GOING EXTINCT..LOOK IT UP..GOOD LUCK WITH THAT

  • @thiizzman510 Why so racist homeboy ? Obama fucked you over. The white man ( Abe Lincoln ) saved your familys asses back in the days of slavery. Show some appreciation, he died for you as MLK did. But you blacks cant see past the color of our skin. Its a damn shame your not better educated. Your whole comment made me feel like I was reading a grade school childs angry letter to the KKK. Get an education you fucking tweaker !

  • Ron Paul says much that I like, but also much that I don't like. I don't like his stand on abortion at all. I don't like his ideas about the social safety net: not everyone comes into the world with the same capabilities. I also believe that the brand of free market capitalism that he endorses is unrealistic and utopian. For certain, there is not on place in the modern world where it has been successfully practiced. But, legalizing MJ, ending the wars, I with him on all of that.

  • @pattreid Look up Hong Kong. It has the free market Ron Paul wants to bring here to america and Hong Kong is among the wealthiest places in the world. So to say that free market capitalism is unrealistic and not succesful in the modern world is false. As far as the social safety nets go, he wants to empower the states to do that. On abortion, he would alow the states to decide on abortion laws, so don't hold out your vote on him just because of abortion.

  • @DP3mo24hofosho We tried the states-determine-abortion/welfare laws, it didn't work. How old are you, that you don't know this? People crossed state lines to get what they wanted; women crossing state lines for abortions, to be tried for murder when they returned home. States were being overrun with welfare because their laws were more generous. Today states still determine amts rec'd. What about SS? If I retire to FL, do I lose my NJ SS? It sounds good, but think it thru!

  • @pattreid Well, Ron Paul supports the right-to-life amendment, which would make abortion illegal. I'll admit, Ron Paul is wrong on social security. As far as Hong Kong goes, all you have to do is look it up. Ron Paul does support regulations to protect people from fraud, disobeying contracts, and other things along that line, for the government has a role in that.

  • @DP3mo24hofosho Show me where Hong Kong is Paul's model for free market capitalism. Then I'll show you that even Hong Kong has regs. And abuses, and corruption, and all the ills we suffer here. And since when did being "one" of the richest countries make it one to emulate? Have you ever been to Hong Kong, and do you wish to live that way?

  • LOL,, Man Ron Paul is a hero,,,, freedom is popular and it brings people together... RP2012

  • Ron Paul is the ONLY CANDIDATE NOW.

All Other Republicans & Obama ARE THE SAME. THEY ARE NEOCONS. They Love Wars & Starting New Wars, They Love Burning the Constitution, They Love Patriot Act, They Love Torture & Guantanamo & the Drug War, They Love Corporate Bailouts & Subsidies, They Love Giving Trillions to Pentagon & Military Industrial Complex, They Love Zionists, Israel & AIPAC & Giving them TRILLIONS, They Love Federal Reserve and WILL NOT Audit it, They Love the Top 1% & they Love Bribes

  • Love this. As a Ron Paul advocate since 2007 to current and also an #ows supporter, I'm so happy that these individuals that took part in this mic check had a chance to listen to Ron speak and hear his message of liberty and self reliance. Awesome. The participants could not accuse him of any wrongdoing and it was fantastic how the Ron Paul supporters did not shout them down or boo. We're all on the same side.

  • I am glad this mic-check was done there. Ron Paul accepted it and he proved he is a man OF the PEOPLE. He's been the only person confronted with such a thing and has not only handled it well, but has shown in his response that he CARES.

If people don't comprehend, yet, that Ron Paul is with us-- that he has plans to help US, and if Americans don't elect him, the USA is screwed-- ever more so.

    Figure it out, people!

  • I think Ron Paul had allot to do with Creating the movement. it was he who showed us who got bailed out. i know it was big part in why i support the 99% movement.

  • @CazyDayz What's funny is, though OWS is (supposedly) not political, everyone I talked with in the movement does support Ron Paul. Even WashPost wrote, today, that Ron Paul wrote the Teaparty playbook.. and, the Occupy movement is a (better? well, at least younger) extension of that, so yes; he has been a major source of inspiration for MANY in the movement.

Ron Paul's ideas of how to fix this should satisfy all Americans, but the newz folk really want to continue playing games with him/us?

  • Comment removed

  • @annebeck58 i think the tea party lost its way because big money took control of it. and now it has its handlers like Rush Fox And Beck. i think OWS is nothing like the tea party OWS wants single payer. the tea party movement would never want that even though most of the tea party members are already on single payer via Medicaid its hard to find a young person in the tea party movement when it 1st started there we're allot of young people now its nothing like it was.

  • So, if some OWSers yelled "Obama!", does that mean that those individuals are pro-war and pro-bailouts? Now, I'm really getting confused. I thought OWS hated those things? Isnt that hypocritical??? Soooo confused.

  • @aseredy I have never heard anyone in the movement yell, "Obama!", at least not in a positive way...

Obama is NOT part of US.. He has strove to be part of the one-percent, all of his life. He's done everything to achieve that, and this is why the OWS/OccupyTheNation movement is NOT pro-Obama.

Why would we, the 99-percent, be pro-Obie?

Btw: mic-checks are not exactly an OWS thing- they are codepink.

  • these fools give a bad name to the cause. if it wasn't for ron paul, there wouldn't be any occupy wall street. he's partially responsible for unmasking the "secret bailouts". RON PAUL 2012

  • @izwald1 But, think about it- mic-checks have popped up everywhere, confronted every politician and others, so why not allow Ron Paul to respond, as the ONLY reasonable candidate, to them? I do think it proved his mettle. Ron Paul showed he cared by allowing them to SPEAK without wanting them tossed, as every other politician HAS done, thusfar.

This was probably the best mic-check I have seen, and I've seen a LOT of them this week, alone.

  • @jbkibs WHY is this markes as spam? It doesn't seem to be spam to me. Did I miss something?

  • Comment removed

  • well, we all can see no one was kick out from this a event or hit by a cop, he just let the people feel better this way. he is a true leader. Ron Paul 2012

  • I'm not sure if they listened to Dr. Paul or not, but it seemed to me that they were stating their case to see how he would react. Hopefully, they'll realize that having Ron Paul as a leader would be a good thing.

  • Every one needs listen to the dr king mountain top speech very carefully.

  • I think RP got pissed and embarrassed at first. Which he should because he doesn't deserve to be interrupted. I don't think he realizes how irrational the OWS people are. They remind me of the Manson family. And to go to a RP rally and shout "Obama" is not only wearing your stupidity on your sleeve but it contradicts your supposed anti wall st phoniness.

  • I love him and I am so sick and tired of people saying gee I really like him to but he can't get elected. This is a brainwashing tactic that needs to be addressed and ended. I am so glad that he engaged the Occupy protesters. If Occupy would get behind him full force as well then we can make a lot folks eat their words. He has to get elected or we are screwed. Period.

  • @raja0590

He cannot win against the zionist lobbyists/banks/corporations even if he wins the elections, nothing will change it.

Don't you see that a resource based economy is the only solution?

  • @zokipartizan I would love a resource based economy as I live off the grid, barter, grow & forage the bulk of my food, share w/community& participate little in our monetary system. That change is a long way coming as sheeple are just now waking up to the corruption muchless try to get them off the material BS & share. 2 get started we must begin messing with the current system, & reseting our Constitution. This is still our country & RP can b elected. Y do U think the media are diminishing him?

  • @raja0590 THIS IS A GLOBAL REVOLUTION.....RON PAUL WILL NO FIX IT!!!......HE IS NOT GOD!..........GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET THE 99% TO ELECT ANYONE AS A LEADER.......UR NOT GETTING IT....PEOPLE WANT A REVOLUTION TO GET OUT OF THIS THING WE R IN.......RON PAUL IS NOT THE SOLUTION.....THE WHOLE POINT OF 99% IS THAT WE DONT NEED OR WANT A LEADER....

  • @raja0590 I love RP also, and i used to support OWS until i looked at the blog site and noticed they mock Ron Paul. You can't even type in Ron Paul because it comes up Ron LAWL. This pisses me off so badly. Fuck OWS, soon is will be hijacked and the lone sane voice in the world will be and always has been Ron Paul.

  • He certainly keeps it on message. It's the freakin' BANKS!

  • I love the old man, what a great human being,

  • People need to stop making this out to be "Paul vs #Occupiers" but rather RP doing one of the things he does best, addressing an issue with intelligence and integrity, rare attributes for any politician. But no one wins elections by making enemies among the constituents, and he was obviously establishing his common ground with them.

  • Ron Paul was more than happy to hear what these people had to say. He's been waiting to hear from them.

  • @brendanmcwilliams Exactly. That's why the OWS people are completely uncredible and a phony.

  • What an epic sense of humour. Even in the midst of something so serious, and it's clear from his policies Ron sympathizes with the 99ers, he can still whip out a great joke.

  • I thought Mr. Paul's response was very classy until he opened his mouth. We are watching Mr. Paul. If he could defeat his internal enemies(We all know the GOP will never let Mr. Paul win the nomination), the huge common ground of End the Fed could, to some extent, unify Occupy and Tea. His list of top ten contributors is certainly 'cleaner' than Romney or Obama. He certainly seems more level-headed than Rand. An opensecretdotorg site search will show the lists above.

  • @MrAnymeansnecessary lmao thats some funny talk there! "unify the occupy and tea party"

OWS is not a political movement lol its a bunch of people that dont know what they want!

they have some good points to make but no solutions what so ever. they are not even all democrats unlike what people may think.

i wouldnt even want to be associated with them, they show their true colors everyday with the crimes they commit in the name of protest and then complain their treated wrong.

    OWS's now a jok

  • @MrMindSpeaker So the flipside of that would be a politician claiming all the solutions, yet not affecting any positive change...just sayin'. I have some answers, but they are my own. I think the best option is informing the people that We have the right to pen legislation. We can, in effect and actuality, write our own law. Most of Occupy is gonna vote...that means someone gets elected.

  • @MrMindSpeaker LOLOLOLOLOL.....SO LOST

  • @MrAnymeansnecessary Ron Paul has been fighting the fight by himself before people ever start complaining. You own Dr. Paul some respect !! Look at his record, listen to what he says, he explains it all to you. If Ron Paul was in Canada he would already be our Prime Minister.

  • @chadalopolous I don't directly disagree with any of this. However, most of us have lost faith and trust is the machine.

  • @MrAnymeansnecessary In the Ron Paul machine or in your governemnt ?? If it is Ron Paul i feel sorry for you, if it is your governemt well.... your government is hijacked, this is more then just America, it's geopolitical. The war is coming. Just watch whats happening with China and Russia right now. Russia just sent war ships to Syria to block a NATO attack.

  • @chadalopolous We're on the same page dude. Any President will remain paralyzed with a bought congress. The contract with the Federal Reserve end in December next year...

  • @MrAnymeansnecessary Sweet lol, I didn't know the contract was coming up lol, thats fucking funny. I just went to the OWS website and they mock Ron Paul hard there, everytime you enter his name is comes up Ron LAWL. This pisses me off so bad considering this man has been fighting the same exact people ALONE for 30 years. OWS will be hijacked and when it does like the Tea Party the media will start to say nice things about it.

  • @chadalopolous The problem is not the fight against the Fed, it's the rest of his ideas. Libetarianism provides a very narrow view. The common good IS the 4th amendment. It trumps everything. So according to the Libertarian philosophy, The Civil Rights Act was an infringement on the Right to Privacy. By the Letter of the Constitution, it is. But I accept a Common Good.

  • @MrAnymeansnecessary Yes i agree, but there is a strong arguement that a lot of the problem was sponsored by the government. Kinda weird how a gun store and liquor store ended up on every corner. It was also a different time back then. The earth didn't become round because the governement said so, it became round when the facts where finally accepted.

  • Ron Paul is building bridges.

  • Looks like they haven't followed politics yet, and didn't know about his stance. Maybe he will spark their interest, by being an honest politician who's own your side. That's what happened to me. But I'm Canadian...don't screw it up for the rest of the world, vote Ron Paul

  • Great job by Dr. Paul waiting, and then responding.

  • TheDoc is PURE Class, as always!

If RP weren't such a gent, of course he could've directly challenged OWS to walk the talk: IF they really were as serious about changing the world & ENDING WallSt-Gvt.Corporatist FASCISM FOREVER, sign up to volunteer w/his campaign!

Then, add: OWS, mic-check Henry Hazlitt's Economics in One Lesson, Frederic Bastiat's The Law, then for modern context, Liberty Definded, A-Z from Abortion to Zionism(who else but RP would address controversial topics w/integrity?)

  • I'll tell you!! We all want a better life! RIGHT!!! All we have at this point that is not a paid for canidate. Then I'm goingn for Ron Paul!!!! simple./...

  • Trust me he is the people choice per 99% , He is all we got folks!!!!

  • @shacklesman WE R ALL WE GOT!!!.....JUST THE THOUGH OF 1 MAN BEING ALL WE GOT MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH........LOLOLOL...SOME WHITE GUY IN A TIE IS ALL I GOT??..IM NATIVE AMERICAN..THE WAY I SEE IT THIS GUY SHOULDNT EVEN BE ON THIS LAND MAKING DECISIONS FOR ANY1...NOT TO BE RACIST BUT WHITE PEOPLE SCREWD UP AMERICA WHEN THEY LANDED HERE FROM EUROPE WITH THIER STRANGE WAY OF LIVING.......EUROPEAN WAY OF LIFE IS FAIL...NATIVE WAY IS IN HARMONY WITH PLANET EARTH......

  • @thiizzman510 I grew up with alot of Native's in Canada and yes the white man did fuck up some things, but to say natives lived in peace is retarded. Natives where killing natives way before we got here.

  • @thiizzman510 Well, look at what ONE guy did.. Bush (W)? One guy. Look at what HE did. Obama? One guy. Look at how he's not only continued Bush-policy, but has done even worse. Who goes to the Congress, anymore, when he wants to kill someone or start a war? This (b/s) presidential waiver (which is how the "power" has been mis-used) that both men (one, each) have abused has done a lot.

So, do I want one man who'll seek autonomy, or one man who'll follow the LAWS? Hmm?

    Ron Paul. 1 man.

  • OWS protesters are reallyyyyyy stupid.. hahhahaha go Ron Paul

  • @Austhesauce THE WORLD IS STUPID???........ITS A GLOBL MOVEMENT MAN...WAKE UP!!!!!!

  • Why did OWS jump the shark? They are totally clueless that Dr. Paul is actually more on their side than they would ever know.

  • @RepublicConstitution I would say they did this to prove how Ron Paul (a reasonable man-- and a real American) responds to these mic-checks. I'm glad they did it, because Ron Paul reacted to same as a thinking and caring man.

  • One word..BOSS!

  • The guy in the red coat becomes a Ron Paul supporter in this video.

  • Excellent response, Dr. Ron Paul.

  • Sound like they waited till the event was over at least

  • Why are those occupy zombies protesting at a Paul event? Morons don't know that he's one of the only GOP candidates that's on their side.

  • Lol! Ron Paul does not support wall st. Wow some people are dumb! Go Ron Paul, nice comeback!

  • @VisualK3i94 at what point did you hear them protest Ron Paul? It sounded to me like they were protesting that banksters are on Wall Street while protesters are in jail. They were probably voicing this to Ron Paul, but not against him.

  • Wow great comeback!

  • "Do you feel better"?

  • @VoteRonPaul12

    Wow what a diss!
