The E-Grip, my buddy has an A-5 with the flatline barrel and that grip with W.A.S electronics and it sounds and performs the same exact way. It's a mean set-up.

Its ok i used to have it until i upgraded to a tippmann x-7 but it was a very reliable gun. I upgraded mine with a new electic hopper and the e-trigger i suggest u do the same if u want.

Don't get a spyder. I own the Pilot ACS and the trigger sucks. I would say if you're looking for a woodsball gun go with a 98 custom pretty old school now days but they're still good. If you want an all around gun I would go with an Ion.

That is not just "Paintball"... that is WoodsBall! Woodsball is loaded with tactics, well if you wana win. Unlike Tourny Ball (small fields with blow up barriers) Woodsball doesnt mean you will win just because your gun can shoot really fast... It comes from flanking and good use of your team, and a grenade or 2... I went to SpecOpsPaintball dot com and used the code 131125 as the code someone used to refer me to the site and got loads of free stuff and info, specificly tactics.

well to start off there are two types of paintball, woodsball/scenario, or speedball/airball woodsball is more tactically orientated and bigger while speedball is faster paced and smaller(basically an A.D.D paradise). both are fun to play but you have to take in account you local fields and your interest. the best thing to do is go play use a rental dont rush and by a gun.

play at least 4 times then look up guns here or pbreview and just research to find a gun and equippment that suit your needs. me for example i used to be a hardcore woodsballer. but after i bought my proto matrix rail i stareted expanding into speedball and now i play both pretty much evenly. i hope this helps i tried to give you an unbiased look at paintball.

lol i JUST got a tippman 98 custom, kinda older version but didnt have enough to get an a5 or x7 and still mod it. if i want to woodsball like this kinda what mods should i get, im a scout on my team medium range so right now im thinkin a 14inch carbon fiber barrel for improved accuracy. reply with your opinions

for a 98 mos def get a stock, followed by a 12-14 inch barrel anything over doesnt do anything. i got a 14 inch stiffi barrel on my A5 its super quite and shoots ( accuratly ) to about 80-100 yards. as i scout i also know the importance of a quite, accuarate barrel on a light gun. with the barrel and stock and a low profile hopper you should be fine.

well the 98c is an awesome gun, its just as good as the a5. its what you make it. i agree with biggerhitter about buying a stock. along with the stock you will want a remote coil. i also agree with a 12-14 in barrel. carbon fiber barrels are really nice but if you can't afford it go with the jj ceramic, they're nice, quiet, accurate, and cheap roughly 30 dollars. after playing for awhile with your 98c you'll figure what else you'll need/want.

that depends on what you want to play. If you are a speedball fan, and can afford it, I would go with an Ion. If you are going to play woodsball, I would go with a Tippmann 98c or if you can afford it an A5
