  • hey 900 lumens ...my ass , now compare side-by-side in house real eficient light to illuminate a room the led bulb are so poor ,

compare E27 bulb LED vs Fluorecent on 110v at 450 lumens and you see Fluorecent only capable to illuminate all your room , LED fail with only 1 spot on wall :..(

  • I ordered it couple days ago.

Correct me if I'm wrong but between those two modes is off mode? I mean:

    1 click - low

    2 click - off

    3 click - high

    4 click - off

    ??

  • these are the noted problems with the MTE P7-D

    1. ships from hong kong, NOT the usa

    2. only works with a rechargeable battery

    3. some of the units shipped out do not work

    4. (900) Lumen claim once more is about double the real output

buy the X-glow Quad Die CREE Chip LED flashlight instead

  • probly closer to 500 lumens really bright though.

  • Does the light have a bit of a green tint to it?

  • everyone just calm down!

  • The expensive ITP A6 that uses AA batteries gives 700 Lumens with three light levels plus strobe.

At under 7 inches long its very useful.

  • maglite 6d with terralux over 700 lumen its the best one from all.. try it and comment

  • 900Lumen ?? My ass...

  • @2stiska2 I agree. if this were real, don't you think they'd use these in those microprojectors, rather than those shitty 10 lux ones?

  • No. Why wouldn't be using them in house lamps by now if they're so much more efficient than bulbs? Simple, planned obsolescence.

  • haha, i loooove pointless arguments.

  • Yeah, you really accomplished something here. This must be the proudest day for your family since they learned how to velcro their own shoes on.

  • No one was talking to you because you have nothing to do with this, now go stick your nose in a bowl of chlamydia.

  • As a customer, they are obligated to either return my money or the flashlight that I sent to sonny chen for repairs. No one was talking to you, so why are you even getting into this conversation you thick cunt?

  • Do you have anything better to do than attack people who are complaining to the distributor about shoddy products? I'm curious, do you tap customer service line for other companies and call the people who receive defective products and make fun of them for buying it? That's a pretty pathetic existence.

  • You're a fucking moron, explain your logic. How is a company not responsible for having quality customer service. You obviously fried your brain from using your computer in the bath tub.

  • You're obviously an illiterate cunt. If you read my original post, I said:

"I got a light from them and it was dead on arrival. I sent it to this Sonny Chen guy for repairs as per their customer support instructions, and they haven't gotten back to me ever since. I want my $50 back!"

Go learn how to read before you post on youtube. A moron such as yourself could get hurt playing with a computer. Why your parents even let yourself out of your cage is beyond me.

  • I bought an ultrafire wf-1000l from DX. You're a fucking moron.

  • Thanks for the heads up redmunkee! I was thinking of buying a couple of lights from DX,but don't want to go through the hassle of sorry CS. Lights are cheap enough, but they still should work if they're going to sale them as working lights. Thanks again.

  • If you want cheap lights, go to light hound, they actually sell the same lights that DX does, but have superb customer service. DX is really better for buying spare parts for folks who like to build or mod their own lights. But the low end lights like ultrafire are unreliable, it has nothing to do with the dealer. You're just as likely to get a DOA ultrafire from DX as you are lighthound. The difference is, you don't have to climb over several piles of bullshit with LH like I did with DX.

  • How is it my fault that their lights don't work and they have shitty customer service? And learn how to spell. Everyone knows it's a crap shoot when you buy from DX.

  • Your point being? You got working lights, good for you, but it doesn't change the fact that they do send lights that don't work and have shitty customer service. Just ask anyone on candlepowerforums.

  • Don't buy from deal extreme, I got a light from them and it was dead on arrival. I sent it to this Sonny Chen guy for repairs as per their customer support instructions, and they haven't gotten back to me ever since. I want my $50 back!

  • I agree with srotex

  • Great vid and light! I own one and it's great for everyday use. It's light and small.

I do YouTube flashlight video reviews as well so thanks!

  • i kno i agree with thawkins all the bright flashlight vids on youtube r like this wtf you are all retarded

  • If you were a law enforcement professional or something who needed a dependable flashlight beyond that plastic one in your kitchen drawer, you wouldnt find these videos to be so retarded. They are helpful when you are comparing different lights to suit the application you need it for.

  • You need to show some outside or other shots that show how bright the light is in a context. Normally people do not use a flashlight to illuminate a wall 12" away.

  • Acording to the Z-Power P7 data sheet found on the Seoul Semiconductor webpage this has 90 lumens per watt and is rated to 12 watts. This flashlighht uses a single 18650 cell which means it would draw at least 3 amps full brightness and thus would last only about 45 minutes. It would be pretty bright though. What we need is something that's regulated and uses two 18650 cells.

  • very stupied video... shows nothing.
