I started doing complexes intuitively in 2006 because it seemed a more efficient way to work ( I just had a son) but learning these techniques and some of Istvan's technical concepts has advanced my training considerably. Recently I've come to like doing back to back complexes (3-5 moves) one with a moderate and the other with a heavier load. Getting tremendous results with my clients for fat loss and power gains.

Gentlemen, this young man has a so severe kyphosis , that previously coming to my program he was in a chest cast for several years. So, after correcting his back posture, as much as possible on age 17, I felt appropriate to show with him and not with someone of perfect technique. Then: he is in flat tennis shoes and as you could hear I always correct him to get on his heels. If you are able to do it better than him, please make another video. I will do it myself also.
@ahsuknat really? i dont believe that its proper... too many studies show its bad for your legs.. if you want balance stand on a excercise ball or med ball while doing curls. THATS balance
@Southpaw447 bosu;s the half aball right? i meant an excercise ball, or a medicine ball. i see it all the time and yes its very challenging. but ive seen it on youtube. and its not just the balance, its all the stability muscles that get worked which can be very good. bj penn trains like this
my only problem with this is all the guys on these videos are not strong. The complex itself looks good

@Southpaw447 offer something more constructive than a flat criticsm. IMHO with a slightly wider stance (sumo) he might be better off on the squat.
