  • It feels great to open the hips in that pose

  • wow. that looks really effective. i'm going to give that a shot. thank you!

  • I have so much soreness in my lower back, and this definitely helps!

  • it hurts,...but i like this position

  • oh Esther Ekhart oh

    you poor big toe *'s

  • @IDontEditMyVideos that's what I was wondering lmao

  • Due to my arthritis in the lower-back/hip region, it can be really hard for me to get out of bed in the morning (feels like someone is trying to rip my leg off). I've been doing this right on my bed to help me get up, as well as throughout the day, and it really has been helping. Thank you!

  • Do you do any other exercise ? or only yoga to stay fit?

  • How has nobody made a sexual joke yet?

  • I just came back from shopping a while ago ... this is very relaxing , I feel great after .. this is one of the best poses really... very relaxing ...

  • wow. came on here expecting a lot of sex-based jokes. pleasantly surprised :)

  • oh god

  • @noWatimsayin1 "this is very intence on you're groin"

  • Thats what I do when my ulcer hurts, that pose REALLY lets intestinal gas migrate up its path. I discovered this pose when I was in the fetal position bent over in pain.

  • @CrackedWhiteradiator

    lol I concur

  • It does work for hip imbalances - I've got severely arthritic hips and trying this today is the first time I've not felt pain in my hips for weeks.

  • I had forgotten about this pose, just taught it this week & now here it is again! LOL

  • I love your yoga videos thanks for taking the time to do these - really relaxing and get for definition!

  • My hips would love this!

  • Esther- Sometimes when I do some yoga poses my legs or arms start to feel tingly. I am very tiny and quite flexible so I do not know why this happens. Do you have any insight or advice for me??

  • @SabbyTheG some nerve is getting pinched/stretched. notice if your spine is stressed when you feel tingly; just a guess.

  • I just tried this pose. It was really relaxing :)

  • That looks very very relaxing!

    I can't wait to try this : )

  • I was doing this yesterday during working out, just going with the flow of what felt right. I didn't know it was an actual yoga pose, though it just felt great.

  • Did you break your toe or something? Hope it's okay.

  • @KeitaroYevon cute little toe bandage whatever it is that happened

  • @KeitaroYevon Broke my toe.. But is already a while ago now. All healed and almost well! Thanks for asking :-)

  • @yogatic Broken toe? ouch! that must have really hurt. It happened to me a long time ago and I couldn't walk for a month and you're doing yoga! that's impressive.

  • @yogatic was it a yoga injury?

  • @KeitaroYevon WOW I didn't even notice that, you have a good eye.

  • thank you so much, i find your videos so useful and helpful.
