That was accheived when Russia conquered the country of Georgia. If they don't have nuclear weapons now, Russia will give them to them. They reason the Middleastern countries hate us traditionally has been our support of Israel. We don't belong in Afghanistan and Iraq. The UN screwed us out of any good outcome there.
