I've heard the 680 is slower than the old 600 as seen in the video due to the non-volatile memory it uses. The benefit, of course, is that if you run out of power on the new model, or take the battery out, you don't lose all your data like you do on the older 600.
Right at the beginning of the clip, you say that the SIM Card goes in the side of 680 when you open its flap (the SIM goes inside the phone after removing the battery).
And when you handle the 600 you say that the SIM card slot is on the top of the 650 when rubbing your finger up and down the SD card slot.
Minor details I know, but I though you may want to be aware of them for next time.
You never did need a special tool to reset the Treo 600, part of the stylus unscrues and reveals a pin which can be used to reset the phone.

The narrator confuses the SD Card slot with the SIM card slot.

Narrator here :-) No that IS the SIM Card tray I pull out of the top of the Treo 600. The SD slot is the black slit next to it. Cheers :-)
