So it looks like melee is going to get smoked by ranged because they can't close the gap. The targeting system won't be that hard either with a controller, would be like playing a fps. I see Tera filled with nothing but ranged classes if pvp is truely like this

C9 isn't dated, but it's certainly a different kind of game than TERA. Practically the only similarity that I can see is the crosshair battle system. Even then, it's not really all that similar.

@porcu12345 This gameplay is VERY early in the levels. As it get higher classes get skills to cover distance.. So it won't be so easy to kite a Berserker.

@nanamenakalala first of all they are two different game. One is dungeon based and one is open world rpg.secondly i played both and i still have the korean C9 account. class balancing issue is horrible for c9. worst part is that since some patch, all the bosses have become way easier, to the point where its stupid. In my opinion, Tera is more promising and long lasting

Ill would even go as taping a clear dot to the screen so I would have an idea of when I was in the ranger crosshair, thats once Id roll the class just to get the exact location dead-on then back to zerk.

No frecking block at all the Berserker was not thinking. I would of rape that archer with not siting running in her frecking line of sight/crosshair. Point proven at 2:00 when the archer was slip up and got scared. When the zerk jump in the air the ranger didnt even try to atk that would of been my first sign. Then all I would have done would of been blocking the mega shots or jumping depends running in zing-zag towards the enemy to gain ground as the ranger didn't attack while running 2nd sign.

Continent of Ninth has quick, high-paced, action, hack and slash combat...This PVP sadly just seemed kinda dull, if I were to compare those 2..

Watch a couple of C9 pvp vids.. It most certainly seems to me, that it has more skill oriented pvp combat, then Tera.. But Tera is by no means bad..

not fair berserker has no charge type of skill... it is too easy for a ranged player to pk someone they just run, turn and shoot rinse and repeat. there is no delay gameplay between ranged and melee character..
