I blame the mother for all of this. She lets her do whatever she wants and helds no responsability on her for her mistakes. Bad parenting. She says her children don't make any trouble because she doesn't bother to find that out and when she's confronted with that, she defends them above all evidences pointing to their culpability, like her daughter in this case.
