@niguhfag they are completely different, isla vista is a little college beach town, filled students and little houses and a few shops, it doesn't strive to be the ritzy upscale vacation beach community that La Jolla is. La jolla is one of my favorite places in san diego, but isla vista is very unique and probably one of the best college towns in the country.

this place sucks. Its kind of ugly. Just compare this place with La Jolla and you will be disapointed with IV.
