One: everyone who speaks has an accent, but I know what people mean when they say that they don't have accents (usually it's americans and canadians who think of their accents as just plain). Two: Canadians tend to pronounce words with ou in them differently (but contrary to popular belief they do not say "oo" instead of ow. It's a different sound) and I've noticed that they also say "sorey" as opposed to "sah-ry". Point being that yes, their accents are a little different.
