This is SOOOOO misleading. This has NOTHING to do with JUST ENERGY. Those aren't just energy trainers. That's some other company. Just Energy does NOT allow their people to sell to someone who does not speak their language. There are lots of people who do ECSO service. Some scam people. If you do an unbiased investigation, you will find Just Energy gets blamed for a lot of stuff that other people are doing... NOT THEM.

They offered me 5 energy saving light bulbs and a certificate if I paid them $25 per month claiming that the light bulbs will last me 10 years. Where do they shop that 5 light bulbs should cost me $3000 in membership over 10 years?! They said the money will go to sources of green energy. When I tried to read the details of that in the pamphlet, they pulled it away and would not let me read it. It is a total scam!

I let them into my building. They abused this to harass people door-to-door in the building that did not let them in. They demanded entry to my home and used high-pressure sales. They said 1 in 3 newborns die to smog and membership in their green energy program will solve that. They pulled it away when I tried to read it. When I declined, they said I am causing my future children to die by declining. I took this as a threat and told them to leave. DO NOT LET THEM IN!

I once signed their contract like a dumbass. When I decided to change my mind, he got his supervisor on the phone, chatted with him in the other room for a bit, then had him talk to me and confirm the cancellation. He then gave me two carbon copies of the paper I signed, but secretly walked out with the original copy of the contract.

Fortunately I was able to find him outside, demanded he give me the contract, and he eventually agreed. Then got in a car filled with black dudes and drove off.

This service depends on an uninformed customer. At least it used to be before they turned Green to save their credibility, when they used to lock in rates. Yes, you have 10 days after you sign. They will have to call you with the 10 days to reaffirm over the phone. I believe you also have 30 days after you receive your first bill to cancel.

I Was About To Give In To This Just Energy Scam When They Came To My Home. Little Did They Know, I Learned About Scams. I Told Them Before I Sign Anything. Just Energy is or was US Energy Savings Corp. plus many other names. They changed their name to Just Energy because US Energy Savings imply savings, which is not true. They don't guarantee any savings and yet their sale contractors promise home owners they will save money.
