Financed by: Sale of Roots Hall to Sainsburys, and development around the ground at Fossets Farm, which includes Morrisons, and other retailers, Flats, and a Hotel - the Boxes in the Stadium will be Hotel Suites when games aren't on. The stadium is let into the ground, and is designed with maximum rake to the seats and minimum distance from seats to pitch to maximise the atmosphere. Work should start this summer.
I can safely say its gonna be better than colchesters new ground where they get the same attendances as they did at their old ground. I cant believe(well i can actually) they celebrated averaging 5000 attendance for 3 seasons and 2 of them were in the championship lol.
