@GDark08 If I'm remember correct, this is the live show when Kuuga and a Shocker mook want to be real heroes or something or other and the mook wants to be a Rider like Kuuga, so he gets Riotrooper gear in the end. Closest thing he could be without taking an actual belt, y'know?
