I have been homeless before liveing in a van but now I thank god I have a new home in the country and a new truck and pray for these people everyday. We are no better than them.
Their circumstances do not make them any less human. They hurt, they love, they bleed, they laugh. It's easy to point fingers and pass judgement in our minds..then look away...sometimes because on a human level it hurts to see people this way..and so we build up a wall in our hearts. One love to you my brothers and sisters still on the road.
how ironic. im retired military with 5 kids and ill be out on the street in a week..system says tuff...funny how all the ppl you interviewed were white like me...the state told me not to be lazy..guess nobody wants to hire a man who can carry things and is trained for combat. Thanks America

u cant logically blame america its only u to blame for ur mistakes. the first step in healing is to realize that and fix it. there is an infinite pleathra of oportunities for able bodid ppl.
go fuck yourself!! pezzo di merda! my comment wasnt even directed to you so why dont you quit feeling sorry for yourself and others and offer a helping hand instead of a useless dollar bill you fucking reject you suck at life so just quit trying, and go cut yourself deep!!
what can I say? I like the attention, so thanks. Regardless, I have seen far far too many people come out of the service thinking that life was gonna be easy and everyone was just gonna give them everything just cause they served. thats bullshit and to think this guy has a family relying on him to provide for them and all he can do is rely on "the system" for a handout. WTF is that?? I say GO OUT AND DO SOMETHING FOR YOURSELF LIKE THE REST OF US DO" dont be that guy with the sign "wounded vet"
