Do you want to see an example of why Georgia's so screwed up? Take a look at the guy crossing the street (Rustaveli Avenue) at 1:41. I once saw a young couple crossing in the very same spot...while the father was holding an infant, while an underground passageway lay less than fifty feet away!  I've seen elderly people (including amputees) crossing there as well.

The fact remains that too many Georgians simply have a total disregard for the law and no concept of civic responsibility.
