The vertical light is camera flare. I suppose this video is concerned with the light effects above and around the sun, which are real enough. They are a solar halo with upper tangent (or circumznithal) arc, caused by sunlight being refracted through falling ice crystals in the upper atmosphere. The process is well understood, the phenomenon is common and above all it is not a miracle. The whole thing contains as much, or as little of the divine as anything else in nature.
