I have another recording of this performance, and maybe it's just that the recorder is to the left of the drum majors (where this is right), but it sounds a lot cleaner than this. they sound like totally different run-throughs if not for the sloppy first note in both. Might just be the poor audio quality of this one. Or maybe we do really sound worse in the other side of the audience :P
I do really need to bug the pit about being together and listening, though. Shoulda done that today. :S
