  • Love this video! This is so clever. David this is an inspired song (psalm) Thank you for sharing your wonderful talent and tender spirit....it is so good to sing to Jesus.

  • Ok, I understand your point. Its really hard to know which religion is right. and we will find out at the end. but I am sticking to my beliefs. I believe God created the universe and also created you and me. I believe that He came down as Jesus to die for our sins so that we choose to believe in him, we will be saved and have eternal life. But if you dont believe that is your choice, I am not going to make you. But check out these videos, "The Case for Christ" and "The Case for Faith."

  • Amen

  • He is Jealous for me and it is awesome. Oh how my life has been saved y the blood of Christ.

  • All that crap about sins of man is ridiculous. We commit "sins" everyday. We must correct ourselves, learn from our mistakes. Don't say it's god's will. Do your best. You know what? There was a christian woman in my philosophy class who said she would go kill/steal if there was no god. How outrageous? We, atheists, know we have to live in harmony and cooperate and create a just society. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. We don't need religion for morality. It's the weak who do.

  • @letsphilosophize Hey man I totally agree with you about the morals of life and I know that man sins everyday. I sin everyday and make mistakes and I do my best to correct myself. And I believe in world peace and that there shouldnt be any wars and that everyone could just get along. a long for that. For the point of religion, I have learned other religions, maybe not in full detail but I know the just of it. and with Jesus and what he did in his life really happened.

  • @letsphilosophize He healed the sick, cleansed the leopards, made the lame walk, giving sight to the blind, casting out demons, raising the dead, turning water into wine, walking on water, calming the seas, and rising from the dead himself. All of this really happened. Its not a fairytale. And for "randomness." How can the universe and life on earth with all of its detailed complexity be made by "randomness?" The odds for that to happen is huge.and I believe that there is reason for us to be

  • @letsphilosophize here. I believe that the believe that the people we meet and where we meet happen for a reason. Like you and me. I believe that you and I having this conversation is happening for a reason.

  • @letsphilosophize Look, I am not forcing or shoving my beliefs down your throat. I am just telling you what I believe in. And its your choice to choose it or not. God gave you that gift. But let me tell you something. Lets say that when we die and that there is no God and everything and nothing happens you will never know, but if you are wrong, you will know forever, and thats a gamble I dont want you to take. Even though I dont know you at all, I care for you and love you man(brotherly love).

  • @thomasfort18 I think I should answer about randomness. About us being here, it's only us in this tiny solar system. It can happen by chance. If life was in other planets then maybe not. Let's not think that humans are special and the entire universe was made for us. Just think about it. If I'm wrong, like Hitchens said, I'll tell god that he/she/it didn't give me enough evidence cause he/she/it confused me with all these choices of religion. What will you say if god was allah and not a

  • @thomasfort18 christian god. I guess the same thing I would say, right? Why do you think I'm having this conversation with you that I don't even know? Because I think your belief lacks evidence and objectivity. Like the things Jesus did, as I said, my gods did the same thing. So why don't you believe in them? There's no way one can choose one god, scientifically. It takes only faith. Fortunately, I'm sane.

  • @letsphilosophize Look, God did not give you a hand out on which religion to choose on and the catch is to choose the right one or you will go to hell. He did not do that. God did not create religion. Man created religion so that they can try to have an understanding of life and try to do good works so they can go to heaven. God made man so that they can have a relationship with God and to glorify Him by His righteousness. You wouldnt call your relationship with mom, dad, best friend, girlfriend

  • @letsphilosophize , or wife a religion right? God did not want there to be a religion, but a relationship. And for evidence, there is plenty of evidence, like the evidence that I talked about you. When the Apostle Paul wrote the letter to the Romans it read, "For what can be known about God is plain to them, because Gad has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever sense the creation of the world, in the things

  • @letsphilosophize that have been made. So they are without excuse." Romans 1:19-20. God has shown you. I have shown you. So you cannot say that you received lack of evidence. And one of the biggest evidence there is, a say again, is Jesus' life. You cannot deny that Jesus walked on this earth. You cannot deny the fact of what Jesus did on this earth and the miracles that he performed. And why do you go back to your gods that you yourself dont even believe?

  • @thomasfort18 Haha, you ignored my question about why you don't believe in my gods, the muslim god, but a christian god. I'm sorry I didn't explain the lack of evidence part. What takes me to believe in something or what I think should take anyone to believe in something is not merely a book that says it is right. The Bible says it is the gods word and mentions its god in it. What other book of the same time says so? None. If I write a book about say ghosts, will I need a witness/pictures? YES!

  • @letsphilosophize See now you took faith out of the equation. Like I said faith is what holds us together on what we believe in. And there are witnesses. For an example, the 4 Gospels. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Matthew and John were both disciples of Jesus and wrote the account of his life. Luke was a physician and carefully investigated Jesus' life. Mark was a disciple of Peter(who was a disciple of Jesus) based the Gospel on Peter's knowledge. Yes all 4 Gospels are told differently.

  • @thomasfort18 What you are telling me my friend is to believe a book and its contents because it says it is right. I'm afraid I can't. Coming back to my gods, you didn't understand me. I don't believe in them; I was giving an example that my religion/islam/jainism offers us similar things that christianity does. And they all claim different gods as the superpower of the universe. How can I pick one? I can't be certain which one of them is right or if all of them are right & there are many gods.

  • @letsphilosophize Yes Christianity, Islam, Jainism, Judaism, and Buddhism all offer the same thing up front. But if you go into more detail each one are separate from each other. But look, if you take out Muhammad out of Islam, you still have the teachings of a Muslim. If you take out Buddha out of Buddhism you still have the teachings of a Buddhist. You get my meaning? But if you take Jesus out of Christianity, you dont have Christianity anymore, because of what Jesus did and what he claimed

  • @thomasfort18 For example, you are christian right? So, why are you are christian? Christianity is a religion. You believe that jesus was the son of god. Is this god also the father of mohammed? Is that what you are saying about that one god you believe in? I ask you, why you believe in the bible as god's word and not the qoran or the geeta? Or do you think all of these gods we know of are the sons of that "god" you believe in and jesus is one of his/her/its sons? Why did you pick one?

  • @letsphilosophize to be. He has to be in there or else no could be saved from sin. That is a major difference. And no, to me Christianity is not a religion. As I said before, religion is us humans trying to work their way to God through good works. And basically that what it has become. But to me Christianity is God coming to men and women through a relationship with Jesus Christ. And no, God is not the father of Mohammad if I am understanding what you are saying. Which I think I do.

  • @letsphilosophize There is only one Son of God and that is Jesus. The reason of this is because while Jesus is God, he is God in human flesh and also he is apart of the Trinity, God the Son.

If you dont believe that the universe was not created by a god, what do you think how the universe was made?

"man-like god?" God made man in His own image, so it would be His emotions, feelings, and all.

  • @thomasfort18 I don't want this cyclical argument anymore. But, a short answer: Okay, so a muslim told me that jesus and his story was the work of satan and that satan pretended to be jesus and fool everyone to test people if they would recognise the actual prophet mohammed when he came. Hmm..Strange! (Just an example; I don't believe in this crap either. The point being how everyone thinks they are right and everyone else is wrong) About the universe, I told you I don't know and let's find out.

  • @letsphilosophize Its a documentary of a journalist, who was an Atheist, and investigated if Jesus was the Christ.(Case for Christ). the other one is by the same journalist and he investigates why Jesus is the only way to Heaven.(Case for Faith). They are really good and I hope you check it out.

  • @thomasfort18 Thank you for finally getting what I was trying to say. I'll definitely check them out and let you know soon. My suggestions: watch youtube.com/watch?v=dr3q6Cid1po and youtube.com/watch?v=7r0R4so5LsA for now. I'll have more when I've watched those two videos you mentioned.

  • @thomasfort18 About Romans 1:19-20, one can look at the same things: this earth and the universe and say no, I don't think it was because of a "god". I can say, "Let's find out." That's what scientists are trying to do, I think. Creation of this universe by a man-like (having emotions, feelings and all) god, I think, is very very unlikely.

  • @letsphilosophize But all of them connect like a puzzle. When 4 guys tell you the same story, all of them have different variations of it. One just has more detail than the other. And no they could not have made it all up because when each of them published their own Gospel you still had eye witnesses from Jesus' life and could clearly point out if they were wrong.

  • @letsphilosophize I believe that Mohammad encountered something, supposedly the angel Gabriel, and basically gave him the Koran. In the Bible it says that the enemy(Satan) can descise himself as an angelical figure such as Gabriel. If Gabriel actually gave Mohammad the Koran then that doesnt make sense because why would he do that after Jesus died on the cross and forgiving everyone's sin. In that case Muhammad was deceived. and no this is not bias. its a logical answer.

  • So, yeah learn about other religions and decide man. You haven't objectively studied all of them and you have already reached a conclusion?

  • experienced "miracles" too and we still don't believe in god. As I said, we say it's a random phenomenon as it seems it's not only the religious who experience miracles. About jesus's story, man I was raised in a hindu family and our gods have done miracles that jesus never thought of haha. They fly in ships, have superpowers and all that crazy stuff haha. Do I think it's a fairy tale? YES I DO. Very few come to a conclusion that there is a god if he/she is not TAUGHT.

  • everytime i heard this song at bible camp,

    i burst into tears,

this song is just too beautiful.

  • I understand where you come from and how it is hard for you to pick something to believe in. I had the same questions. How did I know that God even existed and that Zeus was real? Is there really a god at all? And yes I was raised in a Christian home and I still had those doubts. But I still believe in Jesus Christ for many reasons. One of the reasons is the life of Jesus and how significant it was. Jesus fulfilled every prophesy(over 300) that was written 250 to 300 years before his birth.

  • everyday? NO! So, I just think the universe is random instead of calling them miracles/answered prayers. I can't pick one from christianity, islam, hinduism, sikhism, buddhism. I listen to them, tell them where they are wrong or right and get on with my life. I hope I made sense. So, do you still believe in jesus despite the logical inconsistency of different religions?

  • @letsphilosophize and then he proved that he was the Christ by dying and raising back from the dead. You may not believe that it happened but how can you explain, after Jesus' death, the disciples changed from cowards to apostles and died as martyrs for Jesus? Why did Saul became an apostle of Christ after the fact that he was prosecuting the Church and killing Christians? Its because they saw something. They saw Jesus raised from the dead and they were willing to die to know what was true.

  • @letsphilosophize Another fact is that Jesus offers a solution. Everyone in the world, including you and me, either they are religious or not. There is a sense of guilt, a wickedness in us that we feel. By regretting what someone did or knowing that someone did something wrong. And we want to get rid of it but we cant. we want to hide it but eventually it will come up again. And by Jesus dying on the cross and raising from the dead, we are able to get rid of all of out wrong doings.....

  • @letsphilosophize He forgives us by the price of His own blood. He erases the sin from our records. And let me tell you that is a HUGE breath of fresh air. Its a free gift. All you have to do is ask for forgiveness and accepting Jesus Christ into your heart. And that he is Lord and Savior of your life. And the miracles that he has done in my life are pretty awesome. He healed my back from scoliosis and He helped me outgrow my autism. And most of all, He forgave my sins.

  • @thomasfort18 Yeah, I understand that you are very much into jesus since you were taught that. (It's a pity that you didn't get to objectively study all religions before choosing one). But, all other religions offer me similar things. And they claim miracles too. So, I dismiss all of them since only one or none should be right. Humans have emotions. I don't have an imaginary friend who listens to me, but I turn to my parents, friends, colleagues for suggestions and I'm doing fine. Atheists have

  • Comment removed

  • updated every day. We are discovering and creating things that our stone age ancestors were unaware of. We don't keep slaves anymore. Gays are being more accepted now. Things change. It's hard for me to pick one of these religions (not denominations of Christianity) because I can't simply tell which one of them is right, even if one of them is right. I'm sure you've had experiences of miracle and all that. Randomness is everywhere around us. Sometimes, things I predict happen. Do they happen

  • So, that was my original question. One cannot know which one of these aforementioned gods/prophets/sons of god is right. They believe what they were taught. Like you my friend believes that jesus is lord, my other friends believe in allah, several hindu gods, "human" teachers/philosophers like buddha. People have different beliefs. All have them have some good teachings in it. Not all things in the bible/qoran/geeta/other "sacred" texts are acceptable to society today. Our ideas are being

  • you were taught that. If, for instance, you were born in the Middle East you would (most probably) be taught the qoran and about islam, the Indian Subcontinent, then either hinduism, buddhism, islam, jainism, and others. The point being: you still can't tell if jesus christ is THE god and not mohammed (ok, my bad, he was allah's prophet), shiva, brahma, bishnu (the trinity - gods of hinduism), buddha (not a god, but teachings are similar and actually better cause it denounces violence, i think)

  • I wonder if this is the same attic from Rich Mullins' video? (where he lived a while...) hmmm.

  • Any That Put Thumbs Down On This Song Must Not Like God

  • @GhettoLlamaCP Putting a thumbs down doesnt determine he love for God. people have different opnions. God made us all different. You might like this song but others night not, christian or non-christian. were all different. to be honest i dont like the tune of some christian songs but taht doesnt mean i dont love God. i love God with my life. so thumbs down or thumbs up does not determine ANYTHING.

  • i think the guitar guy on the left threw up after the video

  • this video is sick....I LOVE IT!!!

  • True Love is CONTAGIOUS!

  • We sing this in worship :]

  • i love the guitar guy at 2:23 lol

    GBU!!!

  • thanks guys....God is good.

    btw......three wolf moon.........hilarious.

  • Dude is ugly as sin, but wow, what a voice. Love this band. Love it.

  • Ok, how do we know if the "real" god (if there is one) is a christian god and not a muslim or a hindu god? Can we really be sure? Isn't it all about faith? What if you're wrong?

  • @letsphilosophize Well first off God is not a Christian god or an Islamic god or a Hindu god or any other religion's god. God is God. He created man, man did not create God. He made us so that He can love us and us love Him in return and also to worship Him. However, we are separated by God because we have sinned, falling short of the glory of God, and the penalty of sin is death(separation of God). That's why He came down as Jesus to die for our sins so that we can be with him forever.

  • @letsphilosophize And yes is is all about faith. Faith is our strongest part of my beliefs. Without it I am without purpose and I am dead. The stronger my faith is the more I know that there is a God and that He loves me so much that He died for me. And if I am wrong then I have nothing to worry about.

  • @thomasfort18 Ok so he came down as jesus and not as mohammed or ram or arjun? Hmm. And you said faith is the strongest part of your belief. So your belief is not based on evidence but rather on faith. Would you give a thief money (knowing he's a thief, based on evidence)? Also, this is not about only being wrong. And it's not only you; it's billions of people who will be wrong and would have wasted their lives fighting over a myth.

  • @letsphilosophize First of all Mohammed was not a god but just a man. Jesus is God because of the Trinity, God: Farther, Spirit, Son. When I said that faith is the strongest part of my beliefs does not mean i am blinded by evidence. Faith is what fills in the gap of the natural to the supernatural. You can have as much evidence that you want if Jesus is the Christ or not, but you have to have that leap of faith to know that He is the Christ. So you forget about that question with the thief.

  • @letsphilosophize And I know its not all about me. And I know that there are many people that believe in different things. Thats why Jesus commanded his disciples to spread the Gospel all around the world and make everyone a disciple of Christ. And if some people reject the message then thats their choice.

  • @thomasfort18 Either you are being ignorant or you don't understand me. Hello! I'm saying there are other sons of god like Jesus and like Jesus, each one of them have their own gospel and are wanting to spread it around. How can we know which one is the correct gospel since they are from different gods who think theirs is the right gospel. Their is a logical contradiction here and one can only choose one DEPENDING ON FAITH. Not all gods can be true even if there is a god.

  • @letsphilosophize No I probably didnt understand you. sorry. And I am still trying to figure out what you are trying to say. Are you talking about the different types of denominations of Christianity or other religions? The only gospel I know, and I am being serious, is the life of Jesus Christ and him dying for our sins so we my be forgiven and have eternal life. The Good News (Gospel). And its not just faith and evidence alone. Its also by experience.

  • @letsphilosophize I had many experiences in my life that I know that there is a God. And you really cant say that God, or even any god, exist and had an experience yet.

  • @thomasfort18 My bad man. I didn't read the first part of your previous comment. I'm just trying to say that there are many religions in the world and each have their own gods and goddesses. Now, people believe in anyone of them depending on where they were born and what they were taught. Maybe you are from the west so you were taught Christianity. I am from the east; I was taught hinduism (Now, I am a non-believer). I know that you know only the gospel of jesus christ and that's because

  • love seeing the guy with the violin rocking out so hard!!!

  • "wet sloppy kiss" = win

  • I need this "love" to be more than i feeling that i can only prove by my own thoughts. It's too easy to explain miracles away with my mind yet i can not prove myself wrong. I need a God that truly overwhelms me, not a God that exists only when i think on him. You can say god is always there and i'm just not giving all that i should, but why does God only exist when i think of him. If your there than come, come down and save the hopeless. Love my soul or destroy it, its fine, just save them.

  • @Keirebu1 That's why He did threw Jesus Christ. Those who admit his sacrifice are saved and cleansed, free and forgiven. If you really wish to know what God's love is, read 1 Corinthians 13 and Romans 12. Jesus Christ, God in human form, came down for YOU and yet, most rarely acknowledge Him, others spit on Him, and Christians half-heartedly worship Him. He is the epitome of LOVE. The creater of it. He loves you beyond what you can IMAGINE. Once you realize this, God will become real. F.a.i.t.h.

  • I never get tired listening to this song

  • I love this song sooo much! We played it at church this morning and it was great! DCB, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

    Thumbs up if you agree!

  • David Crowder is so awesome, and he gives out a stong message to people

  • I love listening to your songs! Specially last night at Passion Vancouver! Keep it up guys! :)

  • o i know this song means soooo much more then I can really ever image! ::sigh::

  • flyleaf is better

  • @prayerswillbeanswred It doesn't matter who is better. David Crowder isn't singing about a song who is better. They're singing about the Love of God. Likewise for Flyleaf, they perform songs that has their own message. For now, this video posted up to tell us how much God loves us.

  • northern ontario ...canada here.....we natives and innuits hear ya's

  • man....wow....awwww...how he loves us all...i felt the annionting....really....im so glad god is using his servant men to reach out with this new age music....wow....we know this band is real for god...by the annionting....wow....plz dont fall into the trap to other music and keep on playing for the lord....we need you.

  • Such an awesome but song I think of Richard Simmons in the airport story

  • WOW!!!!...

  • im in love with this <3

  • I went to his consert on friday, it was AWESOME

  • @walkermcdonbeast3214 When did he ever do a concert last week there was not concert don't lie God knows and i know when you lie

  • Weather we believe in Him or not the Lord still provides for all... that is true love.

  • You hear these words...you feel the sheer emotion...and how can you say there is no God? Look into Davids eyes...he knows our Hero, our King, our Savior. Without doubt. So should you! God wants to know you! Come to Christ, He gave it ALL for you. But dont take my word for it...take His word for it :)

  • @ShiPshapeD00d While I personally agree with you think about this. Many Muslims, Atheists, and Buddhists could easily claim the same conviction. As far as conviction that we know the one true God, Christianity is not alone. Emotional expression of that knowledge is not evidence that there is a God, and that you are right in your belief. Many scientists will go to the grave convinced that they figured Creation out...(I'll continue this in another post as I'm running out of characters)

  • @ShiPshapeD00d Many Buddhists will die claiming spiritual enlightenment. Simply believing in something or someone or some event is not proof that they/it exists. Again I agree with you personally that there is a God, that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, that he died and rose again, and that the Holy Spirit works in all of us to bring us to God-In short I too am a Christian. Conviction or emotional expression do not equal reality. What is a reality is God's revelation :)

  • I won't relent until You have it all

    My heart is Yours

I won't relent until You have it all

    My heart is Yours

I'll set You as a seal upon my heart

as a seal upon my arm

For there is love that is strong as death

    jealosy demanding as the grave

For many waters cannot quench this love

  • THIS IS SUCH A BEAUTFUL SONG!!!!

  • So absolutely epic!

  • what a frighting person

  • Extraordinary TALENT - AD MAJORAM DEI GLORIAM

  • Good video but David totally messed up the guitar by not changing chords

  • amazing song, amazing video. O HOW HE LOVES US!!

  • SO amazing how he loves us all, amazing song

  • my dad says he loves this song

  • my dad says ge loves this song

  • great song slightly creepy video

  • a good channel will be uploading future videos

question: if you arent a christian why not?

if you are why are you?

  • how was this video made?

  • @lifein4k I had to watch it a few times, but it looks like they did the whole song really slow and then sped it up to match the song (great editing!). That would help the whole band get up to the attic before David. He must have walked up those stairs really slow! Between 2:58-3:17 it looks like they actually slowed it down either the editor worked some frame cutting and lengthening, or they planned to slow down (most likely the former). If anyone has other ideas let us know :) God Bless!

  • @Christianathlete04 Thanks!

  • @lifein4k When they shot the video, they probably lipsynced and played along to a slowed down version of the song, and just sped it up to make the movements faster but still match the pace of the song.

  • Love this band. Just right for today.

  • i cant wait to see all you who love Jesus Christ and believe in Him in heaven. It will be so great to see all of you, and worship Jesus together.

  • I have felt this song , the words, the emotions the fullness of Jesus so many ,many times but somehow I keep ending up here without him and feeling lost and can't seem to find my way back, OH How I miss him. Pray please :)

  • sing it and cant stop hearing it :D

  • This version is pretty good, but if you want the legit, original version, go look up John Mark McMilllan's version of it. He's the guy who actually wrote it.

    His is inspiring.

  • Love Crowder and love this song but David absolutely ruined this song. John Mark McMillan wrote a perfect song and it's a shame this is the version everyone knows.

  • “All of a sudden, I am unaware of these afflictions eclipsed by glory, and realize just how beautiful you are now, great your affections are for me. Oh, how He loves us.”

Wow. I'm 63 and say Wow.

  • how he loves us SO* mr. crowder! >=/

  • Oh how he loves us! I love you guys and everything you stand for! You are an inspiration to all of us believers!! This song is just so amazing, and I can;t wait for us all to be united in the kingdom of heaven!

And btw, it was very entertaining to watch Mark during the second half of the video. He gets so into the music, and I love it! Keep up the passion guys, you are guiding many to the light, and you are setting an example for the believers in worship :)

    Keep up the great worship!

  • @Sebaastgeen Yes! The Lord is amazing, and DC*B lives in pure worship! This song is moving, and should be listened to by everyone! It explains the pure glory of God, and how much he loves us in all of his splendor!

  • @GravelerLVX11 YES!! Their worship is so pure! I love the sheer reverence they show when they perform! Like Mark in the video, he can't stop from moving, tapping his foot, and jumping around. Nothing we do as humans is adequated in worship, but we must give EVERYTHING we can to God! And Mark does a good job of that, letting the spirit fill his body as he sings out the glory of God

    OH HOW HE LOVES!

  • LOl 2:22-2:25 is so funny with the guy on the left jumping like a lil wabbit

  • was this played in reverse?

  • @Tyedat13 yep, and the video was mirrored (flipped), cool huh?

  • @Tyedat13 & etpark5 I don't think it was reversed or mirrored because I know the guitarists are right handed and the drummer plays the hi-hats with his left hand (seen them in concert) and their movement was too flawless when they walked to be going backwards don't you think? Especially when the drummer steps up on his amp. Plus, it would be really hard to lip sync backward that close to the camera and it look good.

  • dont you wish you could here this song again and again the j saves

  • Honestly, as much as I LOVE the song and all what it means, I just have to say I'm not a fan of David Crowder's version. To me its just not as personal as say John Mark's or Kim Walkers... even The Glorious Unseen. Just not a fan of this version.

  • Love the song but this version is TERRIBLE!! Keep the original words dude. Check out Kim Walker or John Mark McMillan's version. John wrote it. Great song, this guy turned it into some poppy christian song.

  • luv this song

EveryOne Was Sitting.&Towards the Missdle Of It, the 1st Row Stood Up Then the Rest Of the Room As Well B/C I'm Guessing Every1 Could Feel the KING'S Spirit In Their Bodies(I Know I Could). iCouldn't Help But Raise Both My Hands, Close My Eyes&Sing As Loud As iCould. iLove You LORD. &Thank You For Loving Me&My Brothers&Sisters In This World

  • @FOJCFWL thats awsome but one thing yu shouldknow if you dont already is that not everyone is moved by the spirit. alot of people stand up and sing because they dont want to be different. im not saying you werent moved by the spirit, what im saying is dont get cought up in th catchy tune of a song. you sould be moved by god not the song. but on another note they sang this song at mfuge tennesse at worship 1 day. =)

  • Are they the original writer of the song? I've heard so many versions of it, lol.

  • @DS6FILMS John Mark McMillan wrote the song.

  • @giantsnow Yeah, I found out from Relevant Magazine like the same night... haha, but thanks tho!

  • This song is an inspiration to me. Not about He loves us if we do this or that ... but how He loves us all, without expecting us to love Him back, His true unconditional agape love. God's love is amazing and He will never leave us regardless of how many times we reject Him. God's love is the only love we need, everything else will follow.

  • @jmfskipper yes he Loves us all no matter who we are but without Loveing him back

not all of us will enter the Kingdom of heaven.Gods love does endure forever Amen.I agree Gods love is all we will ever need =0)

  • @jmfskipper Right on! and most of us once we've grasped how much He has done for us will respond in gratitude, love and adoration. That a few will not, only proves that His free love is true! You do not HAVE to give anything back. In fact to do so out of obligation, instead of gratitude, love, and adoration is sort of...coerced love, like Nebuchadnezzer having a law that at the sound of the trumpet blast, all must fall down and worship his image.

    Good post!

  • @CELESTIALARIUM I've been going through a life changing trial for months now and I draw strength from this song almost everyday to remind myself of His great love for me. Sometimes I start crying not because of all the hurts and pain, but because I could not comprehend why He kept loving us, even though we don't deserve it. Continuing on His journey for me...

  • @jmfskipper That sounds tough! Isn't it beautiful that He is going through it with you?

When I am going through it, and I lie awake at night, I appreciate knowing that He is so close, He can feel my breath....and I can ALMOST feel His.

JMF, there are several people I am praying for who have ongoing situations, I would like the Lord to reveal His holy will and creative power and His redemptive love.

May I keep you in my prayers?

  • @CELESTIALARIUM Yup, He is with me every step of the way. At time I felt alone but He was actually carrying me.. like the footprints poem. Thank you for keeping me in your prayers I really appreciate it. :) I'll just keep on running the race He set out for me.
