it seems that as the years pass,there are more penalty calls against the Fijians .A tackle is a tackle thats the whole purpose of rugby. fuck the refs and the new rules. back in the dayz its was do anything to bring down your man accept for high tackles. Dude! wtf! fuck this new rules. any ways Fiji won, even though the ref was a bitch!
1st yellow card was valid, players are not allowed to use their legs to sweeping a ball carrier during a tackle. A South African player was also yellow carded for this offense in Dubai.
The 2nd yellow card wasn't really clear. Ref said shoulder charge but I didn't see Goneva go in with his shoulder.
Good effort, awesome result from a Fiji team made up of mainly young unknown players. A few were in the Fiji U20s last year.
The HONG KONG SEVENS is not to be missed. I had the opportunity of attending the 2011 games. Absolutely GREAT! A real must for all rugby lovers.
