  • What a noob ;(

  • wow, uhh ive had my lx1 sitting for more than 2 weeks, and it only takes my about 15 pulls to start it, but 3 minutes??? prime it maybe??

  • @GOT911BOOST how do you prime it?

  • @norco1606 like everyone is saying too, just put yur finger over the exhaust outlet, and give it a few pulls until u see the fuel travel to the carb, then just put yur glow igniter, and give it a few pulls and should start right up, awsome engine, so if it doesnt start right away, either bad glow plug, or it needs tunning! mine starts on the dime!

  • @GOT911BOOST that's how i do it. But there is no gas going to the carb i think, but when i unplug the wire from the carb and pull there is gas coming off. Could the carb just be blocked or something? And what can i do?

And the glow igniter is fine...

  • Put Finger over exhaust pull until you see fuel go into the carbie give 3 more pulls after that. put in glow igniter and pull until starts. Should only take about 5 pulls to get it started after that, let your nitro car run, just idling for 3 mins then you can use it. This method will give you great engine life and will make your engine smoother.

Another Great Tip From Auzzie Hobbies

  • You are a dumb ass I can start my lx one in 15 pulls or less

  • .......just keep pulling it... it may actually start...

  • im suprised he even new he had to put nitro in it. lol

  • No, he just didn't have the throttle trim up enough, or at all for that matter. Cause it was farting which means its primed.

  • That's one of those vids that at the end you say to yourself "why did I just watch that" lol

  • you didnt prime thats why it took you so long

  • does anyone want a rc10 gt2?

  • raise the idle then run it half a tank the lower it till it sounds good

  • make sure the glow plug is charged and put 1 or 2 drops of fuel in the carb

  • glow plug starter fail.

  • alez ty głupi jestes az w głowie sie nie miesci ze takiemu downowi sprzedali model w sklepie modelarskim w koncu zes w 1:40min pomysl oh kurde szkoda modelu zal za film 1

  • make shure the glow plug is good and you see fuel going to the carb. and pull with short but fast pulls

  • one thing if you get a hpi roto start it is a direct fit onto the lx one it makes starting this beaste alot easier. ill get a vid of mine starting with roto start soon with it. it starts right up with the roto start.

  • put your knee on the back tire when u give it gas and pull the starter so you dont pull the car off the ground

  • it needs more gas...

  • give it throttle

  • you all bunch of cunts leave the guy alone

  • I have same car just pull the hose of the pip and blow it gets a the gas moveing

  • blow into the exhaust feed back to get the fuel flowing to it then give it a few pulls with your finger over the exhaust then put the glow plug on then pull. it works ever time for me.

  • did u prime it?

  • when i bought my lx one i had a pain tryin 2 start it....broke the pull started =] but i went an bought a starter box so now it much easyer starts right away tho i am haveing trouble tuning for my idle i can let my car sit unless there is a tiny bit of throtle work going on i even had the guy at the hobby shop were i bought it tune it but still havein troubles other then that great car

  • A starter box won't fix your problems, that pull start should work once you do this properly. Its not worth the money. I can tell the engine is trying to sputter. It's not getting fuel off the bat, hence priming.

  • yeah i now this guy should blow into the exhaust feed back to get the fuel flowing to it then gice it a few pulls with ur finger over the exhaust then put the glow plug on then pull. it works ever time for me.

  • okay I think I know your problem-When you're starting it, prime the engine by putting a finger over the exhaust within 3-4 pulls of being covered you should feel the engine try to sputter, don't flood it and stretch your rod/break your pull start. After this, uncover the exhaust from your finger and pull a few times, it should start if it's a healthy engine.

  • starter box for sure dude 120 bucks so worth it

  • if u prime it right and keep the ball bearing clean then a pull chord is ok but this guy does not no what hes doing

  • you suck you need to improve you needed like 25 pulls

  • i got the same car as yours (pretty good isnt it?)

i hold my other hand on the fuel box and pull the triger to my chest, the car cant move and u will never pull it out. my car always start from the first try..

  • Plus, after it starts leave the glow igniter on for a few seconds while you do a little revving

  • Give it tiny throttle up and down while you're trying to start it. Plus, hold your finger over the exhaust for a few seconds then let off. It should be starting a lot easier than that. Did you properly break it in?

  • get a starter box

  • turn your throttle adjustment up a little dumbass!

  • i got 100 pulls

  • I have same buggy and i just got done breaking it in yesterday and i also hit a big car tire when i was helpin my lil bro get his traxxas nitro sport started....

  • ofna sucks!

  • how?

  • u suck!!

  • um sorry when i sayd that, i had a bad day :D

but i mean: that was NOT the manner to start a nitro car

  • heat the engine up to about 150-250 degres F before starting

  • how many pulls was that

  • i got 103

  • give it gass wene pulling

  • A roto start was the first thing I upgraded.

  • i got a roto start to, pull start suck
