That's crazy! That guy was singing like someone who ought to be on American Idol, and people were hardly batting an eye! In my small city everyone would be gathering around and dancing and making a huge hoot and holler over it! I guess that's how it is when you're in a giant city like LA with talent like that abounding and people trying to be the "next big thing". Cool but almost kind of sad, in a way.

I really wish they could start thinking bout the rest of LA and it's image so that people don't keep thinking of downtown as a joke. Cuz seriously, right now most parts of broadway looks like it belongs in Tijuana. It's just dirty.

Hollywood is goin over revitilization, they're planning on gentrifying the area... Maybe not soon but it will happen most likely by 2020 and 2030 at the latest. Same thing with downtown LA, they wanna fix up and revive broadway and open it up for more business skyscrapers, the Mexican shops want it but don't want it because they kno their businesses will have to move out of the area.

honestly from my perspective its dirty. theres nothing exceptionally clean about the hollywood strip and the surrounding streets. however, if you were to travel west on hwblvd it would take you to westhollywood and weho is much much much nicer. even the weho hills are nicer and hipper then the hwoodhills. this is my opinion. if you were to follow sunset west towards the ocean it would take you on a beautiful hilly winding journey to the pacific.

yes but it is a vast improvement over the last few years, hopefully it will continue improving. the movies portraying los angeles mostly use beverly hills, santa monica and the westside. when you see the dreamland of LA. but the real LA unfortunately is not so glamourus.

its both...it is getting much better now. a lot of improvement having been so neglected embarrisingly for the last 40 some years.

it is now the destination for night clubs, the highland hollywood area as in the vid is a great place to visit now, and stars actually come to hollywood now for partying and movies, something that hasnt been for a very longtime.

but if you havnt been here before you will have fun. it is a totally different place after 10pm tuesday thru saturday.
