the doors open when the snow get's next to it, if you have a naturally closed door (to you) it will open when you put a block next to it, the snow is causing that

the reason why the door always open and close is because there are monsters jumping on the pressure plates to open and close the doors to make it creepy

Luclin, unless you are an op, in a vanilla server spawn protection stops all non-ops from building or opening chests/etc... within like a 16 block radius of the spawn itself.

Btw, a theory about the opening doors? A spawning room for mobs + a pressure plate controlling the doors = mobs milling around and stepping on the plate thus opening the doors (there could be also a mob trap involved thus the licking sounds which I thiiink was a creeper dying?)

I think that noise is an endermen.

and there is a glitch with the doors if you right click a door and left click another door then right click the door left clicked the door that was right clicked will open.

The strange door and the zombie/creeper dieing noices can be explaned easily; theres a player censor; this uses a mob spawner and activates redstone if the player is within 16 block of it; etho showed how to make one; thumbs up for everyone to see :)

@ElsantipP It's a simple block update detector; you put a lever and a piston; the lever must be a block higher than the peston; in that way when you update a bloxk; the piston extends; probably enabling a redstone system; the block update in that case is the bottle when it changes its sprite, it's a really easy and handy mechanism for map makers :)
