  • zapp!!!

  • wee

  • now i can use my cabinet as a submarine...!!!!! yay

  • Only useful for mineral oil submerged cooling.

  • lol.... pc dose't play with water.... fan waterproof nuu... it meaning less.. haha.. btw tht aweasome no one make pc fan like tht :D

  • uMMM, if it was sealed completely it would either need a ferrofluid seal or a Very powerful motor to overcome the resistance of a rubber seal.

Plus, dust doesnt usually get into the motor on regular fans, and regular fans work under water as well.

  • what is the point of this video? nobody washes their fans

  • Its a fan when blowing air

its a pump when blowing water =.=

  • @sysMAXXX what is a air pump then?

  • these fan are a copy off nanoxia nanoxia sued them

  • If you didn't let it click, then your fan sounds really noisy, but that is because you did it wrong in the first place. I just thought I could offer some help to anyone who is thinking about buying GELID fans.

  • They also come in blue, exactly like mine or without LED's and PWM control. To anyone who gets them have fun, because they're awesome. Also if you pop the blade out, when putting it back in make sure you don't just let the magnet suck it back to the base. Once the magnet does that, give a little press and you will hear a click. Then your fan is good to go.

  • These fans are good. I have the newer ones though with green LED's and PWM fan control.

Search: Gelid Solutions WING 12 PL Silent 120mm PWM Fan with Green LED's

You may also need: GELID Solutions - PWM Wye "Y" Cable - 14"

    I did.

  • It doesn't makes sense... Why do you need a waterproof fan?

  • @mande21 just in case you have a watercool leak

  • @cyber8000 what???? who would care about a fan if water leaked all over the mother board, cpu, ram, grafics card etc and blow everything up???? that would be usefull the computer will be dead but you will still have a working fan!!!!!!! fail......

  • @theultimatedestroy80 Why fail? At least you keep the fan and don't waste extra money on that...

  • @cyber8000 ok then!!!!! you would spend another 300-400 euros for the new parts but you would save 6-10 euros from the fan yea right that was genius!!!!!!!even if you put a non waterproof fan in water wille runing it would not get damiged(i've tryed it) so it would be beter to buy a simple one so then you save even more money!!!!! :)

  • @theultimatedestroy80 Oh it will get damaged, if it doesn't it is sealed (waterproof) durrr..Not to mention the Gelid fans have pretty good CFM to dBA ratio. In other words no that's a bunch of bullshit

  • @cyber8000 i see you didn't read all my comment!!!!! I'VE TRYED WITH A NON WATERPROOF FAN (FROM A DEAD PSU) AND IT STILL WORKS!!!! IF YOU DONT BELIVE MY THEN TRY IT!!!!!!!

P.S: I TYPED IN CAPS SO YOU WON'T MISS ANY WORDS THIS TIME!!!!!!

  • @theultimatedestroy80 Tried it, it died afterwards -.-

  • @cyber8000 well you where unlucky!!!!!!!! meaby i will post a vid of me doing it!!!!!!!!!!

  • @theultimatedestroy80 Unlucky my ass 'IF IT WORKS ON WATER THEN IT IS WATERPROOF!' fuck

  • @cyber8000 WHY CAN YOU NOT FUCKING UNDERSTAND??? IT'S NOT A MOTHERFUCKING WATERPROOF FAN WHY CAN'T YOU GET THAT IN YOUR HEAD????IVE TRYRED THAT WITH MORE THAN ONE FAN NON OF THEM WHERE WATERPROOF AND ALL OF THEM WORK PERFECTLY!!!!!!!! WHY DO YOU HAVE PISS ME OFF??? AND WHAT THE FUCK DO I HAVE TO DO SO YOU CAN BELIVE ME?????

  • @theultimatedestroy80 You stupid motherfucker, if it works on water then it is waterproof no matter if the manufacturer claims it or not "Waterproof or water-resistant describes objects relatively unaffected by water or resisting the ingress of water under specified conditions" YOU DUMBASS

  • @cyber8000 why the fuck would they put a waterproof fan in a cheap ass power supply???? how would you know what i have you fucking noob???? no its NOT WATERPROOF OR WATER RESISTANT!!!! SO STOP TALKING BULLSHIT ABOUT THINGS YOU DON'T KNOW!!!! YOU FUCKING FAG....

  • @theultimatedestroy80 If it is not water resistant then it fucks up on water, dipshit

  • @mande21 Just incase u get pissed off with your pc and you decide u wanna piss on it :)

  • @jdcrispe95 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I LOLED TO HARD ON THIS COMMENT :D

  • @jdcrispe95 lol!!!! :)

  • @mande21 So you can wash it.

  • @mande21 To clean it easily?? =P

  • @mande21 one good application I can think of is if you had a system that was passively water cooled and you used this as a sort of pump to circulate the liquid around in the tank

  • @mande21 no dust will go inside the motor

  • @mande21 easier to clean or probably best way to clean.

  • @mande21 In case your watercooling system leaks?

  • @mande21 cause people are afraid of spilling their drinks on it o.o

  • @mande21

in case your mom cums out it while im fucking her tight wet pussy

  • @mande21 watercooling? xD

  • Hmm these fans are interesting... Since there water proof that'd mean there'd had to be some rubber gasket somewhere on the spinning fan which would mean increased friction.

  • man u have to crank that thing up to the maximum and then see what will happen ;D

  • И чё=)))))))))

  • it is no GELID Fan, its an Nanoxia

  • it is a gelid.

    Mfg

    Phil

  • Cool but I think your fans wouldnt be much use working if your whole PC was submerged LOL sorry if I'm missing the point here, please reply if I am =)

  • I don't think it's the main feature. It shows the motor is sealed, and uneffected by dust.

The fan and drive "pin" are suspended by magnets when in motion, there is no oil or bearing involved from my knowledge.

You can actually rip the whole blade assembly off for cleaning. I really want these in non-UV colours.

  • Yes, but Gelid wing 12 still have some friction between the core and the pin, but no worry, the core is made by self lubricating material ;)

Non-UV colors and more UV colors are coming soon, although I want them to exclude the fan controller in the package

  • @BradanKAnderson you could just paint it?

  • well you see...

the point here is not to cool his computer nor exhaust hot air from the case, but to stir water.lol

  • I do see, your the only one who actually made any sense lol

would it work in a bowl of lava though, thats the question?

  • it probably would, but I doubt it would cool it down.

  • lmao i see too

  • @C00P3RAG3

    LOL

  • lol in that case the best way to have a pc cooled is in alaska XD the screen, mouse and keyboard inside the house and the case outside

  • @C00P3RAG3

that is made so you can clean it easier...

  • look at the ones from nanoxia they run UNDER water :)

  • yes! i want it too^^

  • Hahaha thats pretty cool.
