  • Stay away from canola oil. "By nature, these rapeseed oils (canola), which have long been used to produce oils for industrial purposes, are... toxic to humans and other animals" Also most canola like soy and corn is genetically modified. So DON'T eat it... read every food label.. Many varieties of nuts or mixed nuts are cooked in canola eliminating all their health benefits. The government and industry know canola is toxic that's why it's cheap and plentiful... sick people are BIG business

  • looks delicious. but have you considered trying the same recipe but using a coating of instant potato flakes? I mean actual instant potato flakes, not potato flour, hehehe.

  • rkmugen,

No, I have not, but thanks for the suggestion.

  • Just a question, does the egg with salt/pepper/pepprica come out as a breading on a chicken finger or of corse fried chicken, or is it something like a very thin cover? Just wondering

  • Dudedanrocks,

Aside from the flavors, it is just a thin batter, also to prevent the chicken from sticking to the pan.

    Thanks for the question.

  • I'll try this. Looks good.
