The 7 is really more of a drivers car. It's meant to bring a smile to your face when you're in the front seat. Whereas the S Class is more of a car you want to be driven in, meant to bring a smile to your face when your in the back seats. I guess you could also say, that the Audi A8 is a compromise of both.

Furthermore, you would compare the A8 W12 with a 760, and an S600 Mercedes, not an S550. There are competitors for each model series. Also, there is an all wheel drive (xdrive) 7 Series available now by BMW

3. The AWD CTS would be in Audi A4, Mercedes C class, and BMW 3 series range. And compared to those three it still doesnt compete.

Instead of telling us that the BMW claims a 0-60 of 5.1 sec , why doesnt he actually confirm for us ( thats you have the car) . Tell us more about the handling , legroom , steering response , trunk space , what he likes and dislikes about it and how it compares to its peers on future reviews

All they had to do was make the hood how it is on the x5 and x6 and it would be almost perfect. One thing you people have to relise is these days cars aren't just designed for looks but safety for you, other drivers, and especially pedestrians. The big bulging hood on this may not be as sleek as the 7 series used in the transporter but it will stop a pedestrian's skull from cracking when you hit them head on at 70km/h.
