Do all you know how to puncture a lung??? It's a little complicate. Chose your rival player that you want. Then, try to land dirty hit's on him, and do Late Hits too. So, he's repution in the field will low, making he less "invunerable" to attacks. Then, when he's with at last 50%, execute a Dirty Hit in his Chest and you gonna see his lung be puntured by a rib. It never fails.
