I had the env3 and it wouldn't stop going off. Everytime I sent a text, when I looked for a reply the Phone would be off. So my cousin got a blackberry and he gave me his env touch witch is alot better than the env3 but Id rather get a better phone. When my upgrade comes next month I'm getting a blackberry bold.

i have this phone, and after having it for so long it kinda sucks; restarts all the time, every once in a while it resets everything, touchscreen lags, takes f o r e v e r to get to my pictures, and the camera SUCKS! wouldn't recommend it unless you plan on keeping it for a couple months.

We have a verizon cell phone we have not used for over a year and verizon take a monthly charge from our bank account each month we have call and ask them to cancel but they will not. Does any one know how to stop them with out haveing to close our bank account?

If you use Verizon for your phone system do not put your account on automatic pay through your bank, if you do Verizon will not cancel when you ask them to. My wife has one and we have been trying to cancel the account and the only way you can stop payment is to close the bank account

I am not much of a fan of Verizon, my wife had a cell phone with verizon for several years,

Now she is sick in the hospital for last year, and can, t even talk and verizon will not even cancel he subscription it was set up on automatic pay direct from the bank. Don’t ever set up automatic pay with Verizon for when you try to ccncel they will not let you and will keep on charging you and the only way you can stop them is to close your bank account.

@MasonBabii It's a nice phone, Better than any samsung definitely. I like it but it will shut itself off occasionally. It doesn't do it all the time. It goes in phases where it will shut itself off and will quit doing that.

a verizon guy told me the reason why they are having data plan on these phones because since it is a touch screen and if browser is accidently activated without you knowing youll be covered---but even with the allowance just clicking on something is a data usage so it uhh its stupid they should let you block data usage

While this phone is cool, its total crap compared to smartphones but theres no way I will ever pay 30 bucks a month for some stupid 3G plan i dont want or need.

@srwilli4m Yeah you're right. But the extra 10 data plan isnt that bad considering if you are like me who has a 250 text allowance it now covers that data usage for the pic, and vid messages. Also it includes the mobile email. And now If I really needed to use the thing like for movie times idk then i can --i just got this phone and I love it-easy to use, nice look and just great. Its Better than the rouge or reality

for the middle on price, i would reccomend the enV touch bc u get the 100 dollar rebate and overall its a great fone, the batterylife however could be better but its not that bad.

env touch alias 2 has an annoying keyboard and the env 3 has less features than the touch. get the env touch youll be glad you did
