  • He and Stephen are such good friends. You can just tell. Thanks for posting.

  • Loved Jon's comment on Sofía and Rob! It was cute! They would make beautiful chidren, no doubt on that ^_^!

  • hey does anyone else think that @paulstrong123 is really someone from Fox News ...well just in case in true Jon Stewart fashion I will say to you @paulstrong123 GO F*CK YOURSELF :)

  • Stewart fans: See the videos at "haldonrichardson1"

  • Club Penguin liked this!

  • @winklewoes11 I was wondering too, until he mentioned Club Penguin in the end.

  • God damn it make it a tie and give it to Colbert.

  • sooooooooo short

  • Can't you take your political quarrels somewhere else, jebus. This is about the emmys!

Congrats to the Daily Show! :)

  • Obama Tit Suckers: :-0

Most of Obama voters are Living off the government tit!

They are low life people that are able bodied, yet live off government assistance. I.E. Welfare, WIC, Food Stamps etc. healthy welfare recipients that are able to work but choose not to because they are satisfied with their welfare checks for doing nothing.

The people living off the government tit are the largest voter pool for the democratic party.

  • @paulstrong123 you are a jack ass and ass hole. if you do not like jon stewart, do not watch his videos, you drooling-ignoramus-pathetic-little-cunt-bubble-excuse of a troglodyte-homunculus.

  • @paulstrong123 Most Obama voters are living off the government tit! I just love informed insightful opinions such as this dickhead holds. It would be sad indeed if this was what this prick really believes, but obviously he has posted this just to get a reaction, and here I am giving him one. Have a look at the unemployment figures moron.

  • @paulstrong123 Yea, I mean since the only age percentile that John McCain won was the 65 and over..... So your saying that ALL the people from the 18-64 that voted for Obama are unemployed and are drawing welfare? Wouldn't that take our unemployment up to over 20%? And in actual fact, since McCain won ONLY the 65+ vote THAT means that HE had the retiree and social security vote.... so which voter base was DEFINITELY on welfare? Herp Derp.... Oh and By the Way.... CRY MORE.... DEMS WON... BUHAHA

  • @paulstrong123 Ohhh yes.... Your baby tears sustain me.... Wahhhhh Wahhhh... My ideology is different... Wahhhh Wahhhhh

  • In regards to Stewart vs. Colbert, it's not about who is better. It's about who had a better year; whose year made more of an impact on our lives. And it's tough to say. I love them both. I think they're both geniuses.

I thought this was Colbert's year because of what he is doing with the Super PAC. I think that is sooooo important and it could change the way we look at campaign financing forever. But then again Stewart is a master as well [I think his team is a little bigger though ;) ].

  • @getliterate Bit late maybe, but in fact anything after May 31 wasn't eligible for the emmy, which includes the FEC hearing and everything that happened after that (all the good stuff). That's all eligible for the 2012 emmy awards, so there's still hope.

  • Jon & The Daily Show win every time for two simple reasons. A: When they are hot, nobody is hotter. B: Nobody else's show is remotely as deep, the interviews as provocative and informative. All the other guys have this boring formula 'bring on Star A for 5 minutes, plug movie, set up bad story/joke, act goofy' and thats it. With Jon there is honest discussion, interesting debate, intricate and deep questions that get to the heart of the subject. Nobody can touch the guy or his show.

  • I was hoping Jon and Stephen would each take home some gold last night (one for writing, one for Outstanding Variety show). I think Stewart is the smarter of the two and his show has more substance but I think Colbert is more talented and funnier. Thanks for posting this since I rarely watch award shows.

  • Awh, why'd they cut out him and Colbert hugging? I thought it was precious that Colbert gave him a little peck on the cheek and I wanted to see that again.

  • Even Jon Stewart said Colbert should have won (by implication in his speech)

  • At least an underdog won this year *COUGH*

  • I think Colbert should have won this year because of what he did with his Super Pac and his actual Iowa ads, it really put his show as something that goes outside of the box and goes above and beyond the standards in front of it in order to get laughs. Not to say Stewart isn't deserving of it either.. :)

  • Jon Stewart > Stephen Colbert

  • I dunno, I just feel that Jon Stewart is better than Stephen Colbert. Jon presents the news in a more serious, yet comical way, while being himself. Colbert is just a parody of a character, which is why I take Jon more serious and think that because of his genious in being himself, he will always be better. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

  • the shoutout to stephen made it perfect

  • Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Series?

He should get an Emmy for Outstanding News and Current Affairs.

  • 9 YEARS. JON STEWART, LIKE A BOSS

  • As much as I love Jon Stewart and The Daily Show, I still think Stephen Colbert deserved it more. . . but hey, that's just my opinion

  • @KingzEric Thats what I was thinking to. I am happy Jon won but I was hoping more that Stephen would win. Just because Jon has already won so many. ..
