It doesn't make any sense at all that this Rose can be from 2005. When Dr nr 9 meets Rose in Series 1 and takes her away it is in 2004. We know this because a later episode in the first series (the first of the Slitheen doubles) says Rose was missing for a year and that it is now 2005. That means that Rose met the Doctor in 2004. David Tennant's first episode was Xmas of 2005 so if the Rose from the clips of this vid is from xmas of 2005, she would recognise DT's Doctor which she clearly doesn't

i was thinking that but maybe they started it as being set in 2005 and then wrote in the fact that they had missed a year yet still kept it the same for cronalogical purposes, like keeping the episodes matching with the time the viewer is watching it, kinda like the simpsons, the show's been going for over 20 yrs yet the kids are still the same age lol

yes havent u seen the show? ecspecially from the older shows its well known they cant love, and from recent shows, such as the family of blood episode where the doctor never thinks of his human form falling in love coz he doesnt have that ability. ye might think he can fall in love coz he has a close relationship with his companions but he just likes them alot, but he can never love them
Yeah, the OLDER shows but this is the newer shows. I don't even care if he doesn't have the 'ability' to love because it looks the way to me! Even David Tennant said that the Doctor's and Rose's relationship was a 'love story', and even if your right and I'm wrong and he only 'likes her alot', is there anything wrong with me wanting to believe that he loves her? He hardly loved Lady Christina & Sarah Jane romantically. He just shared an adventure with Christina & Sarah spoke of how she loved him but it wasn't returned from him. I'm not sure with Romana, it was sexual tension as it was with Rose. But, I think Rose was the central companion he fell in love him.
With Christina it was just having fun I think, Sarah Jane it was just him happy to see his old friend back, I think Rose (in the new series anyway) is the only one he has ever wanted romantically :)

This is Rose in our Universe, but before she met the Doctor. The Tenth encounters her earlier in her timeline on New Year's Eve, 2004. The Doctor tells her that she is going to have a fantastic year 2005 and reportedly (hopefully) also tells her that he loves her and kisses her. He then unfortunately has to erase her memory, so she won't remember him. This prevents time from being messed up.
It sounds weird, that whole theory that he wipes her mind after confessing his love, but I cant see any other possibilities, lets hope davies has a good plot line in store!
its the beast from a the blackhole its coming through the darkness ood sigma was put on earth in 2004 along with aderlaide and others to escape the destruction of the mars base and gets taken over by the beast

I always thought the beast was one of the best enemies ever, and it would be nice to have a more recent enemy returning instead of just the old "Classic" enemies like Daleks and Cybermen, abit like the woman from the Slitheen family. I highly doubt it though, I don't know why. I just don't think we'll be seeing it again. If we do see it again, I will eat.. erm... something gross. Like a Twiglet, dipped in mustard, since those are 2 things I absolutely HATE.
I imagine that in the end of the specials, the Doctor is dying and decides to go back in time to see Rose before she met him in his 9th incarnation, before being met by Ood Sigma and accepting that he has to regenerate and leave his old companions behind, thus setting the scene for Series 5 with new companions and a new Doctor.
Maybe she looks like series 1 as she maybe is a Rose before she met the 9th Doctor (9th Doctor did mention he was a Father Christmas to Rose with a red bike when she was 12)

Yep, that's EXACTLY what happens. He travels back to New Years Eve, 2005 to say goodbye to her, despite the fact that she has yet to meet him. Of course, he has to wipe her mind of the events. :/

He hardly loved Lady Christina & Sarah Jane romantically. He just shared an adventure with Christina & Sarah spoke of how she loved him but it wasn't returned from him. I'm not sure with Romana, it was sexual tension as it was with Rose. But, I think Rose was the central companion he fell in love him.

With Christina it was just having fun I think, Sarah Jane it was just him happy to see his old friend back, I think Rose (in the new series anyway) is the only one he has ever wanted romantically :)

This is Rose in our Universe, but before she met the Doctor. The Tenth encounters her earlier in her timeline on New Year's Eve, 2004. The Doctor tells her that she is going to have a fantastic year 2005 and reportedly (hopefully) also tells her that he loves her and kisses her. He then unfortunately has to erase her memory, so she won't remember him. This prevents time from being messed up.

its the beast from a the blackhole its coming through the darkness ood sigma was put on earth in 2004 along with aderlaide and others to escape the destruction of the mars base and gets taken over by the beast

I wish. I always thought the beast was one of the best enemies ever, and it would be nice to have a more recent enemy returning instead of just the old "Classic" enemies like Daleks and Cybermen, abit like the woman from the Slitheen family. I highly doubt it though, I don't know why. I just don't think we'll be seeing it again. If we do see it again, I will eat.. erm... something gross. Like a Twiglet, dipped in mustard, since those are 2 things I absolutely HATE.

I imagine that in the end of the specials, the Doctor is dying and decides to go back in time to see Rose before she met him in his 9th incarnation, before being met by Ood Sigma and accepting that he has to regenerate and leave his old companions behind, thus setting the scene for Series 5 with new companions and a new Doctor.

David in this reminds me of back in series 2. All three of the people in this look like the past characters to me. Looks v. wierd. And for some reason, at 0:13, the shot of david reminds me of when the doctor was in the car thing squeein over the kittens. Im so wierd and excited xD Dont pay any attention to my ramblings. I swear to God, see if they bring her back and we don't get some proper moments between them.. in journey's end as much as i loved it poor rose was kind of pushed over to the side and treated like just another co-star.. definitely not the treatment she desevered - so if we dont get a kiss.. I SWEAR :)
