Tim Tebow is an absolutely horrible QB. He's barely at 1400 yards passing after almost an entire season, he has only 11 TDs passing, averages only 120 yards passing a game, 200 yards in sack losses, more fumbles than most QBs and his true QB rating is around 80 if that. He rushes a lot, get a lot of rushing yards, but he can't pass a ball worth shit. Tebow WILL NOT be a future star in the NFL. The Broncos are 8-6, most second string QBs have led teams to a record like this.

Tim Tebow is an absolutely horrible QB. He's barely at 1400 yards passing after almost an entire season, he has only 11 TDs passing, averages only 120 yards passing a game, 200 yards in sack losses, more fumbles than most QBs and his true QB rating is around 80 if that. He rushes a lot, get a lot of rushing yards, but he can't pass a ball worth shit. Tebow WILL NOT be a future star in the NFL. The Broncos are 8-6, most second string QBs have led teams to a record like this.

@clipsryan If you are satisfied that there is no God that's your business. Denigrating others who do believe is more than a little arrogant. There is no scientific or logical proof against religion. There is also faith involved in whatever you believe. As a physicist I can tell you that one of the tenets of science is that a theory can be dis-proven but never proven. As a Christian, I would be interested to know how Christianity was dis-proved.

@maxnvick laws of philosophy, which science respects, claim nothing can be absolute or 100% certain. Just overwhelming evidence. Like gravity. Problem with religion is that there is nothing that suggests it's existence. It's merely an empty gap filled with a blanketing term. Like star wars. How does X happen? Answer: the force. Can be used for any explanation, much like how god is.

@maxnvick Actually its about being self-centered. It's not thanking god or giving credit to them, it's thanking god that he CHOSE them to be "special" over everyone else. Thanking him for their ability or material goods. It's about feeling "special". And the 1st amendment has not been distorted, it has always meant freedom of religion and freedom from because when the US was colonized there were many different forms of Christianity and practices and there still are.
