wooo! finally someone else that rides and can buck bareback like me! :D so many people are afraid of it but once you learn it you can do just about anything bareback, running, jumping, (and i mean big jumps) bucking, double bareback, barrel racing. Just about anything you can do with a saddle on xD I think more people should learn, its so much funner than with saddle and you develop more of a bond with your horse. Also I've found horses learn faster bareback than with saddle.
@barrelracer1312 If I got the chance, I would have done the Tellington TTouch Training. But I lost Snoopy last year, so I'm even not ever going to ride him again, and although he was so shit when riding, he was the best horse I have ever had and I still miss him so damn much.
Haha impressive ride right there and that was a buck.... And im pretty sure anyone who rode out that wouldn't call it a "jump" I dont get why people watch these videos of horses and dcide they otomaticly know more than the people in the video... Im pretty sure you didnt put this on here just for people to "correct" ..... Keep on riding :) and yes i have rode ALOT of bucking horses and even if its not a bronco buck that doesnt mean it isn't a "proper buck"
you did good by not letting the horse actually start "bucking". If that were me i would have hung some steel in him and let him try to buck me off and show that he can't. then you wont have to deal with that crap any more. i say this because i train horses, start colts, and ranch bronc ride as well as saddle bronc. you did good keeping control of your horse though.
Definitely not bad at all. You sat it well, stayed on and stopped him. Success! haha. I have been on bucking horses bareback, and its harder than it looks. good job with him, hes a beautiful horse.

That is really great riding, Louisa!
You were riding Snoopy nicely bareback, when he decided to test you, find out, how good you are.
Thus he suddenly started a huge buck - which caught you by surprise.
9 out of 10 girls would not have stayed on - but you did! Congratulations!
Why did you stay on?
Look at 0:47: His buck left you with hands and legs far from Snoopy - nothing to hold on!
But you stayed in the saddle - and you perfectly balanced all his bucks.
What did you say at the end?
