I Think that it is Nightcore, the singer is singing high and the music is moving at a really nice quick tempo, and I have heard some songs where it is the same. Definitely Nightcore. :)

yea its Nightcore regardless of slow piano its still nightcore because of the highpitche ness of the song :P...and when I saw that Im not saying how negative Nightcore is..hell no its an art....and people get surprised how beautiful some nightcored songs can be like this one...:)

In old standard Nightcore is :

faster beat ,, bass up ,,, sweet / cute Voice ... and little Trance details ... + others .

but Today all music styles remixed into Nightcore and maybe this is Nightcore ..

but for me it's Trance :)
