@souledfears I don't know when this guy may respond and I'm no professional (just learning) but I think we have to continually replenish the bacterias as they have a life span just like cells. But when you start off taking them, esp. you need to regain the good bacteria that has been almost completely gone
do you think eating yogurt or kefir once a day is enough? i started just eating yogurt and putting it on my face at night and have noticed a big difference. how do you know how much probiotics you need?
Hi, i have a girlfriend who is usually tired and gets belowted alot,,,,,,,if i was to tell her to eat 2 of those probiotic yoguarts daily.do you think it would help her ? Thanks
Assuming you still have some good bacteria in your gut, the best probiotics are green leaves, especially artichoke leaves - these feed the good bacteria.
They also say that you should get about 10% of your energy from "indigestible" fiber as a by product of good bacteria. Anyone care to comment on that?I also eat homemade sauerkraut on a daily basis - is vgood
1- the anti biotic that destroys most bacteria is broad spectrum, 2- probiotics are only found in the GI system and a daily dose of yogurt is good, there is also such a thing as to much as well that it can mess up your digestion (ie diarrhea) 3 there is absolutely no difference between organic and "big companies". :P and those bacteria you named off as man made are actually naturally found
Hi Yuri, this video is very helpful thanks! Can you pls do a review of UDO's oil? I've been taking it and so far ive been having good results. I wanted to know what's your perspective of it.
as someone that has read couple of articles on the myths of probiotics and the amount to consume. I must say I have been taking it for 1 year now and I must say it does help your digestive system. to the people I suggest to take it they are worried that it will have a laxative or fiber pill type effect on them. That is wrong! it wont dehydrate you like a laxative or make you fill bloated like a fiber pill and it will not give you the "runs" i think everyone should try it for a month at least!
im 14...would i benefit from taking probiotics? also, if so, is there a brand you would recommend that is great but cheap (money is an issue sometimes)
Love this channel, but...
Neanderthals were not the ancestors of homo sapiens. They were our cousins, descended from our common ancestor (possibly Homo heidelbergensis).

Here question must probiotic die within days? Is there any probiotics that will survive and multiply? Something you only have to take once?

@imnotabear FOS or fructooligisaccarides are what feed probiotics. They are actually considered prebiotics, so they do not qualify as probiotics.

Antibotics target specific antigen sites on specific bacteria they don't act on a broad spectrum, biology basic, otherwise love your videos

How often would you say that you get something like the common cold? Or does the use of probiotics prevent you from that?
