You're right a lot of people these days just wear the replicas skirt now. Although I am americanized I still value my hmong clothes and want them to be traditional. I am sad to say that I cant sew them like my parents did but wouldn't take a second look at replicas.

The skirt is proudly made by hand but the head turbine appears the new cheap style where it was pre-molded. Good khwv txhiaj.
