Alt/Hard rock soundtrack as opposed to 90s J-pop goes pretty well with the macho-fighting imagery of DBZ. I'm not saying it's better or worse (I personally prefer the original of anything I watch) but it kinda fits the mood and tone of DBZ.

nah frieiza used a crap load of small attacks to hit piccolo i dont think he ever got hit with a death beam. there is no offical name for freizas kind. fans call them changlings or chenglings tho
