I agree with you Bruh. I pledged in 1991 and I was already a christian. It's always interesting when I hear these guys speak in this manner and it's usually not from an educated place. I'm a staff pastor at a churchof about 15,000 and what concerns me about this teaching is that he's talking but he's not really giving scriptural backing to support his words and 9x out of 10 if he did they would probably be out of context. I pray that these brother would use his energy to go feed the hungry.

But to answer your question, If you were a already a christian then you would know that the pledging that you went through has no place in a christians life. "Be ye not conformed to this world, you cannot serve two masters". Again to answer your question, I'm concerned because false preachers like you most-likely are, are leading people to hell everyday. One shouldn't come off so righteous because even the man of God was fooled by the old prophet.....scriptual backings are the foundation teachings but the bottom line is, it's not your talk but it's your christian walk that pleases God.

But what he is saying is biblical. Even if he did drop line, it was for a reason; the reason being that wasn't the purpose for his life to be called a brother of atheists, christians, muslims, homos, etc.
