this is so overrated. meditating on calm music is not the only way to do it. sure is good and all that, but do you people know how to explore your soul? With calm music you get only one result, being more relaxed, having a floating feeling or getting out of body. Try taking the other approach. Music, with really low bass(goa, downtempo, even some types of rock). It takes you to the depths of your soul, in mysterious darkness(NOT evil. if you think it's evil, shake it off )

@dogdemon62 i'm glad that you replied to my comment, yes. the difference is that when you listen to this sort of music(low bass) you don't get contemplative with the sense of relief in your body. it is actually more of the opposite. you start feeling a feint pressure on your whole body, and you feel like sinking in the ground, though you don't. and you just get shrouded by that presence, which most of the times can get dark(but not evil like i said).
