This sushi maker is very clean unlike other people in their videos.Others lick their fingers WHILE making the sushi, NO towel to wipe of the moisture on their fingers and NO board underneath- just making the sushi on a bare uncleaned table! Disgusting.
He doesnt fan the rice and i am not sure whether that was japanese short grain rice. His rice looked wet. need to fan it to get extra water out of the rice.
lol the edge is sticking out. you could cut it with a kitchen scissor and use it for wrapping nigiri
