Hey Mang just read the book of Mormon and ask God if it is true through prayer. Go to the source. You honestly can't trust anything. We don't even have the original transcripts of the bible, all we have are translations of translations that even err from one to another. You can only trust God. Read the book of Mormon, ask God if its true! Then you know from the source of all knowledge. This is why I am LDS, otherwise I would not be. God answered my prayer.

These young men are true artists! As for the gospel they are preaching, I know, by faith, by personal experience, and by empirical evidence, that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true. I know that God lives and that he spoke, speaks, and will continue to speak to his prophets. I know the scriptures are true and that we can grow closer to God by studying the holy records of those in ancient Palestine (the Bible) and those of ancient America (the Book of Mormon). Jesus is my Savior, Amen!

One of the largest storehouses is located at Welfare Square in Salt Lake City. While larger than some others, it functions in the same fashion. A bishop gives an individual or family in need an order for food after he meets with them to discuss their needs and what they can do to provide assistance in return for the commodities they receive

These storehouses, funded by the donations of individual members of the Church, meet the needs of many individual congregations. In areas where a bishops storehouse is not available, bishops may use the funds collected form fast offerings to purchase food and other needed commodities for individuals in need.
