I'm sure demand was overwhelming, and I obviously think that the product is pretty awesome. I tried to contact him when I got mine and hear his side of things or whatever, or get an idea if he was even still filling orders, but he never responded so... it is what it is.
Perhaps I've been misinformed? Lots of people advised me against doing business with him and google-searching around the net showed a lot of posts in various places reporting people never receiving their products after paying for stuff... He answered none of my emails when I considered buying from him directly, his website still says 2 to 8 weeks when I've heard of delays that last up to 2 years, etc. Perhaps he's not hustling, but the consensus seems to be that he's not a great businessman.
