Strange. You and others have him as George Lloyd Chandos. A link to a Worshipful Company of Musicians calls him Francis, and a Columbia of his I have (he recorded for them earlier, about 1904) has him as R Lloyd Chandos. Of course he is usually billed as just Lloyd Chandos.
The T prefix (for test?) suggests a private record, or at least not one intended for publication. Published records would have the prefix A if this is a matrix number.
