  • The music is good but the photos are BEAUTIFUL

  • This upbeat, striking piece never fails to get my imagination racing-David Arkenstone deserves to be lauded for his efforts. God bless him.

  • @Ydivan30 There is no country in recorded history that hasn't had it's share of trouble and strife. Belfast, Northen Ireland to this day still ain't Disneyland.

  • I'm Irish american and love this music. The other day I lead a

song in church called "What a Friend" which I enjoyed every

minute of that song too because it was also Irish.

  • America doing terrible things? Like helping defeat the Nazi's...stopping the expansion of Soviet Marxism (though Europe has done all that on their own.) ...helping out the whole world financially and humanitarianly. One need not cast dispersion where they are not summarily warranted by the venue. This is a wonderful song and a splendid video..and really does not need someone's political agenda soiling it. And before you start attacking me...consider this...I am of joint UK and US citizenship

  • Oh the joy of internet arguments!

  • @Ydivan30 You sound like one of those people who annoy their friends by giving obscure answers to fairly simple questions.

  • @Ydivan30 So short answer... "no, I haven't heard about the terrorist-like status in northern Ireland."

    Just checking.

  • @Ydivan30 You must not have heard of the violence between religions in Ireland...

  • Really do wish folks would JUST ENJOY THE MUSIC instead of bringing political refuse into a conversation. Policy and politics have no place here. There is only room enough for the music and your imagination! So,. LET IT GO and just enjoy the music without bringing global or local politics into it.

  • @Ydivan30

Not only the music, but the fact that Europeans today are losing tradition and morality, Celts never lose their tradition and keep faithful to the natural world.

  • What Ho! To the seas matey!

  • @Ydivan30 And yet the Scots do have a violent history. And the Irish recenly with the Catholics and Protestants. You don't hear anymore because they're not super powers.

  • @citrussage

What is power, the disgust the countries have now, just like Oscar Wilde once said, everything popular is wrong.

  • omg i love this music

  • If you could live another life...a life of knights and maidens and kings...this would be a song to take you there.

  • David Arkenstones' music takes me always to Middle Earth and Scotland =)

  • Listening to this...it makes me wish i could go on an epic quest

  • @Lethogar IKR!

  • Over the hills and far away

Together we'll stand day by day...

Yup, the first line is from a Nightwish music's lyrics. Second is mine. But I just needed to write it down. Because this music gives me inspiration. :)

  • i am from Finland (please excuse my bad english, been some time that I have used it) And my mother read to me adventures of King Arthur.

  • So beautiful.

  • where has this been all my life?

  • fun to see

  • I have never heard this piece of music, Thank you so much for sharing. I love David's music.

  • celtic music is so beautiful

  • Sounds similar to his other piece 'song of the silkie' which I like better. But this is also nice.

  • i love the Irish or melody to it, it sounds so unique...so awesome :)

  • Very good song...

    Peaceful, happy and magical :)

  • One would say Eire and Scotland have no difference... they do, but they dont :)

  • I've recently rediscovered Arkenstone after a period of immersion into ITRAD and I appreciate his work even more. Myth and magic put into music take the imagination on it's own flight into wonder. Thank you for the upload!

  • Spirit of Ireland:D

  • it sounds Scottish?

  • Very great thank you

  • Beautiful song. Thanks for the upload!

  • Brilliant, as all the other pieces of David Arkenstone
