what gets me, they use this in a cutscene and yuri's second mystic arte is ACTUALLY in the intro for the game, so why did microsoft not wait until the game was completed to the point the PS3 version was? I mean, most games for both libraries are (In escence) the same so why are the versions of TOV so different?

Um no..you're wrong. That mystic arte is just an attack based off of a move he does at the very end of the game. He uses the move in the 360 ending too.

@zer02323 because the ps3 is more popular in japan, thats why they made the ps3 version a lot more better and thats why also its only in japanese, i have the 360 version and i think its unfair :(

@TheDeatharcana Seriously, why did they make it for the xbox at the first place? All Tales of games were made for a japanese console ( Nintendo, Playstation ), it's just natural that a full version would be fit better for the Playstation 3. Xbox isn't made for RPG anyway. Namco Bandai just wanted people to test the new game, similiar to Gods Eater. The first version was just a test, the second one was a lot better. It's the way Namco Bandai does. One of a few firms who listen to their fans. :)

@HoroNero Microsoft did payed them off to get it exclusive but they ended up fucking all of us over. I own both systems but personally I rather the PS3. So yeah, yay microsoft.

@zer02323 Hate to ruin it for you, but that Arte was the final Arte that destroyed the Adephagos meaning its what Yuri used to destroy the main bad guy. So it was not really meant to be used as a usable Arte if you played the game you would understand why.

@zer02323 Microsoft has nothing to do with distributing Vesperia. Just so you know. That's up to the head honchos in Japan. Unfortunately, the 360 was a "beta' release to see how well it would do. Then Namco gave us the shaft by porting the full veersion over the PS3, so we got the short end of the stick.

@zer02323 The tales of group has done this before. they create a game then later on they port an enhanced version to a sony console. My thoughts are that the reason they did it was to appeal to their Japanese fans because not many of them own an xbox.

Beat the advanced team battle in the coliseum. You have to beat the 200 man melee to unlock it. Also, overlimit level 5-8 is just extra bars. They aren't actually higher levels.

Troy Baker, voice actor for Yuri Lowell in Tales of Vesperia, has said in the past that the game's voice actors were being called back to the studio "to do recordings of new moves/artes." Today, he adds more fuel to the fire from the London Expo.

According to a VGChartz member who's attended the show, and who's posed in a picture with him, Baker has told him that the voice crew had to record additional voice-overs to make for the inclusion of the PS3 version's fully-voiced skits .
