But if you want to know, Phoebe was "teaching" Joey how to play guitar, but Joey went to a proper teacher because Phoebe wasn't a good teacher. After an arguement, Joey storms out and Phoebe yells after him something about learning to play "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown", the song that Rachel happened to be singing at the start of the clip.
