GTA IV is not working well. Do you know how to set the settings.

I have 1.1.7.0. patch.

@morrisz2 yes. i know it's outdated. but these days it's the best cheap card. i run any game at more than 30fps and my friend has the cheapest alienware laptop and his computer rating is 5.9 out of 7.9. mine is also 5.9 and my computer acts exactly like his. i could have waited some more time to have more money and get a gtx 460 but that doesn't matter. 9800gt is awesome.

@The007Rockstar if you are using WIN7 you will need GTA 4 fix patch named GTA4_Patch_V2.That will stop the lagg.

i would run this game on medium settings and im satisfied with it :D as long as i can run the game weather its medium or low settings as long as i got 30-40 fps im ok with that :D

this game doesn't depend on video card like others.. its more on your cpu, i think minimum req. is dual core 1.6Ghz processor(quad core recommended), a large ram(memory) and of course a great video card such as the 9800gt. right Spy0nu? ^_~
