i heard they used camera work to make the hug look longer as, at that age, Emma was uncomfortable hugging boys!!

@partygirl209 nope. in an interview, Emma explained that they actually had to refilm that scene a lot because she was in such a hurry to get to Dan and hug him, that she ran into his arms TOO fast! So cute!
