Unofficial dialogue after failing to persuade him: "Well, I'm gonna get going now- by the way, I heard that there's a dude running around jacking people's morgues- I can't begin to imagine the paperwork that'd come flooding in if he pulled it off in a place like this too."
I remember when this track started playing in the game, and I was talking to Wayne I realized how much I cared about what I was going to say to him, just as I would to a real life person. I'm glad this game turned out to be a worthy successor of the original dx even though I was sceptic about it.
@redlightning0001 Yeah I know, the conversations in this game... damn, so intense! And there is no right or wrong action/response. You can choose to be an asshole and crush people to your bidding or you can be sympathetic and try to calm them down, or something else, and the game adjusts to that.
When I talked to him I was all nice and sympathetic and agreed to talk about what happened and it was a very strong and emotional moment, especially with the music at 3:49. A moment which I'll remember.
@xmaster117 Thing about the NPC's attitudes is that they aren't a set line, they don't react the same way every time. My most memorable moment, even into the end of the game, was the second time I did this conversation, assuming I had Haas pegged and figured out. He instead grew some balls, threw it back in my face and cut me down when I attempted to treat him as I did the first time (which lead to success on the first try).
Had I been Jensen then, I could do nothing but stay silent after that.
@xmaster117 Same here. I was nice to him and told him that it wasn't his fault. If he comes back telling you that he lost the job because he let you in the Morgue you should choose the option that tells him to work for Sarif industries.
@uchihatheitachi Oh, well since I stole like, all the ammo and weapons from the police station and hacked half of their computers and entered restricted areas on more occasions, I can assume Haas won't get to keep his job for long, lol.
@xmaster117 haha! good one. But if he do comes along and meets you in Jensen's house do tell him to work in for Sarif. But i REALLY liked the emotion they captured during the confrontation.
@uchihatheitachi yeah i really liked Wayne's social encounter and then the confrontation later on. i was nice to him too and then gave him a job at Sarif Industries, i felt bad for him. Haas seems like the kind of guy you wanna sit down at a bar and reminisce about the good ol' days. lol =)

This was such an intense conversation, from what I've played I always remember at least one line in the social battles. GOTY right here.
SPOILER! SPOILER! SPOILER!
"He was 15 Haas. In what world can you justify putting a bullet between the eyes of 15 year old boy!"
